Edward
I parked the car in my spot at the university. It was the first day of the new semester. More new students for me. I breathed in slowly and walked out of the car. Another year begins yet again.
It had been two weeks since Diana. I couldnt find her. I didnt even know her last name. I even went back to the club to find some leads but they refused to tell me anything. Privacy policy and shit.
I was right on time. I stepped into the class. The noises fell silent as soon as I set foot in there. I didnt bother looking at the new face. Theyll become old eventually. I wrote my name on the board and turned around, placing my hands on the desk.
"I am professor Drewmont."- I began. "I will be teaching you art this semester. Anybody has any sort of questions?"
"Are you single?"- a female voice asked me from the crowd.
"Anyone else?"- I smiled back at them. The class fell silent and I waited for somebody to speak something at least but no one did. "Okay so since the only thing that interests you guys is my love life then be it. I am single."- I answered truthfully.
The class burst into cheers and I heard the female crowd sighing in relief.
"Id like you all to introduce yourselves please."- I said, making my voice just a little louder to grab their attention.
"Im Ashley and Im single too."- said another girl when she introduced herself.
"Thank you, Ashley. Im sure there are a lot of guys in here whod want to be with you."- I said, trying to avert the topic from me.
And it began again, the endless list of names. I didnt pay much attention. I didnt even look at them. Mostly because the girls seemed to find me very interesting. They laughed and cheered among themselves with every new name. I tried to focus but I couldnt, so I just stared into space. Until I heard her. The same voice which had been screaming out my name while I fucked her with all I had.
"Hello everyone. Im Diana Hart. I like books, desserts and painting."- I heard her little voice saying. I immediately looked up. It was her! It was actually Diana. Standing there in the last row near the wall, where I couldnt see her face when she would sit, her eyes piercing directly into mine.
"Mr. Drewmont, are you okay?"- some kid asked me. I must have been staring for too long.
"Yes. Go ahead, please."- I said, trying my best to sound calm.
I was totally lost then. I tried not to look at her but there she was. I couldnt believe my eyes. The girl I had been looking for was right there in my class. Or even worse, the girl I had a one night stand with is now my student. I needed to talk to her.
After the class ended, I very casually asked Diana to meet me in my office later. She nodded her head and went away for her next class. I waited for her, my fingers clinking on my desk.

"Hey."- she said, her voice small, peeking through the door.
"Diana. You actually came!"- I almost shouted from happiness.
"Well Mr. Drewmont, you asked me to come, didnt you?"- she said innocently.
"Yes. Very well. Take a seat."
"Thank you.." She sat down in the chair in front of me.
"I just wanted to clear things up. You know with what happened."- I began.-" I didnt know you went here. And I just wanted to make sure that you were comfortable with this situation. Or if you are not we can fix this. I dont know how but we can."- I went on rambling until she raised a finger in front of me.
"Mr. Drewmont, you can stop now. Its alright. No one has to know and we can just forget about it."
"Thank you. That would be great, Diana. And please dont let this make anything awkward. Im your teacher and youre my student. You can come to me for help anytime you want."
I might have said those things to her but Im not sure if I actually meant them. I understood that she was my student now and there was no way I could be with her now but I somehow needed to. It felt wrong to just let her go like that.
She nodded her head and said thank you before making her way to the door.
"Hey Diana!"- I called after her.
"Yes?"- she turned around, her hair bouncing as her face turned.
"Why did you leave like that? Did I do something wrong that night?"- I asked her. My curiosity would kill me if I didnt.
"No no no. You were perfect. I just kind of figured out that you were a professor here so I freaked out and went away."
"So it was nothing I did?"
"Of course not."- she said, smiling her pretty little smile and blushing a little.
"Okay. Thank you very much. You may leave now, Ms. Hart. "- I said, smiling back at her. And then she left.
I processed everything through my head again. She didnt leave because of the sex. She left because she saw my picture. I sighed in relief. What? Why was I relieved?
Diana
I left his office as calmly as I could. I knew this was coming but I was still equally nervous. I never would have kept going with Edward I mean Mr. Drewmont anyways. Then why was it affecting me so much?
"Hey Girlfriend!"- Sydney whispered in my ears, scaring the everything out of me.
"Sydney. Fuck! You have to stop doing that."- I said, my heart still racing.
"Okay okay. Im sorry. Now spill the beans little lady! "- she hissed at me.
"What do you mean?"- I raised an eyebrow at her.
"What happened with that guy you told me about? From the bar."- she asked, as if it was very obvious.
"Well nothing happened. I left the next morning."- I said, telling her fragments of truth.
"I meant how was the sex?"- her eyes were full of sparkles.
"It was good. No more details for you."- I said, putting my hands on her shoulders.
"I hate you."- she whispered.
"I love you too."- I whispered back.
