"Where's your the rest of your description Carter"? Ray Banks asks. Bil'Lee smiles, and shifts in her seat.
"Unclassified". She says in a calm tone. He takes a deep breath, and rolls his eyes in frustration.
"Why Carter"? He asks with his voice trembling.
"Why not"?! She scoffs. Mr. Banks takes a deep breath, and looks away from Bil'Lee.
"Banks, just submit it. I'm not asking for too much". She advises. He closes his eyes for a few moments and rubs his temples as if he's pained.
"What on Earth makes you think that he'll agree to this?" He asks.
"Being unclassified is initially being indirect...He's going to want to know who I am."
