As promised, Jimin took the afternoon off from her appointments. She wanted to treat her family to something special for her 25th birthday, and what better way to start than with a beach outing followed by dinner at her favorite restaurant? Of course, Wonnie was the center of her attention, running around in his comfortable shorts and cotton t-shirt, playing with the waves as they gently kissed the shore. He wasn't wearing anything fancy; Jimin had packed a change of clothes for later, but for now, she wanted him to enjoy the freedom of the beach. This was his time to be a carefree, giggling mess, and she loved every minute of it.

Jin and Namjoon sat on the warm sand, watching their daughter and grandson with fond smiles. The gentle crash of the waves and the golden sunset seemed to make everything perfect. "Wonnie, look here!" Jin called out, holding up her camera. She captured a perfect shot of her grandson in mid-giggle, his chubby cheeks glowing in the setting sun. "Halmi!" Wonnie squealed, his baby voice calling out for more pictures as he posed with exaggerated expressions. Jimin stood behind him, her eyes filled with adoration as she watched her son. He was her entire world.

Wonnie had no concept of time as he ran in and out of the water, his laughter echoing across the beach. Jimin was always close behind, making sure he didn't fall or stray too far. He had played so much that he was completely drenched, but no one had the heart to stop him. It was his day to enjoy himself, and seeing him so happy made Jimin feel lighter than she had in ages.

"Momma, baby!" Wonnie suddenly exclaimed, pointing at something in the sand. Jimin stepped closer and saw what he meant—a tiny turtle, lost and wandering along the shore. Wonnie immediately sat down and started mimicking the turtle's slow movements, his face scrunched up in concentration. Jimin burst into laughter, her heart swelling with love. "My baby found another baby!" she giggled, watching her son crawl along the sand after the turtle.

"Joonie, my heart is going to burst!" Jin said excitedly, watching the adorable scene unfold in front of her. Namjoon smiled warmly, his arm draped over Jin's shoulders as they enjoyed the simple happiness their family brought them. "You remember how Jimin used to love the beach when she was his age?" Namjoon asked, nostalgia softening his voice. "Oh, how could I forget? She would beg me to bring her here, day in and day out," Jin chuckled, resting her head on Namjoon's shoulder. "Looks like Wonnie's inherited that from her."

The beach was a symbol of freedom and joy, a place where Jimin could let go of her worries, and it seemed like Wonnie had picked up on that. Watching him play with pure, uninhibited joy made everything worth it.

As the sun dipped below the horizon and darkness began to settle in, Jimin reluctantly carried a very giggly but tired Wonnie back to the car. The little boy pouted, clearly not ready to leave, but Jimin promised they would return soon. She sat in the backseat, drying him off with a towel and changing him into warm clothes. Despite the mild weather, she bundled him up in a soft blanket to keep him from catching a chill after his time in the water. His mittens and socks were on, and soon, he was wrapped up like a burrito, cozy and content.

Namjoon parked the car outside the fancy restaurant Jimin had chosen. As they stepped out, Jin and Namjoon hesitated, looking up at the luxurious exterior. "Are you sure this is the right place, baby? This looks expensive," Jin asked, her tone filled with concern. It wasn't that they couldn't afford it, but they knew Jimin was independent now, managing her own expenses and raising Wonnie on her own. They didn't want her to feel burdened.

Jimin, sensing their hesitation, smiled and reassured them. "Don't worry, Eomma, this is my treat. I really wanted to bring you all here," she said, her voice light and cheerful as she opened the car door.

Jin and Namjoon exchanged glances but followed their daughter, trusting her judgment. The moment they walked into the restaurant, they were greeted warmly by the staff. "Welcome to Shangri-La, a seven-star dining experience. May I have your reservation name?" the waiter asked with a professional smile.
