Preface.

This story takes a mix of elements from the movies as well as the books but is told in an entirely different timeline. It is a slowburn and Feyd isn't present right off the bat. Please be patient like you might for any non-fanfiction novel.

You will probably have to have seen at least the first film to pick up references but certainly would not have to have read the books.

Most of it is from my head with the character of Feyd dropped into my own story. (As in, super non-canon) Still, names, likenesses and lore that belongs to Frank Heubert are 100% not mine.

As far as trigger warnings; if you have seen it in Dune or in Game of Thrones, it will probably be in here. It would not be heavier than that.

I am playing around with a false prophet/ fallen angel character here. However, I am doing it within the confines of my own culture and religion rather than references to Islam / politics of the Middle East like that which exist on Arrakis.

I am not Middle Eastern or Muslim and thus am completely not qualified to speak for someone else's culture and customs. Regardless of how much I revere, love and respect those cultures.
