Story ideas!! : Empires p2 Scott

Ok same as last time Scott falls threw the portal into USJ but this time his location is where Todoroki is cause they are both ice wielders Scott looks surprised that Todoroki can control ice as well and they for some reason click straight away as Todoroki had this gut feeling that he wasn't a villain and he decided to follow the gut feeling.

 Scott has ice powers but can do detailed ice sculptures unlike Todoroki but he can also turn into a deer and when in that deer form he can communicate with other animals. His ice can freeze whatever is in it in time so if you froze a person for 1000 years the person wouldn't age in the ice. He can control the ices temperature. the drawbacks would be hypothermia and when he reaches his limits he starts going out of control and ice goes everywhere sort of like Elsa when she froze her country (this was the only thing I could think of to represent how dangerous it is). And every time he goes out of control he fears of hurting people like in the series. He is also constantly wearing gloves because of the hypothermia and so he doesn't accidently hurt anyone.

When he falls through the portal he had 2 stacks of diamonds and 5 stacks of gold that got converted into yen so he afforded a plot of forest land he made a ice sphere over the plot of land and made it snowy to make it feel like home and made his house out of the wood from the forest with knowledge of how to do it in his original world this is what it looks like (just ignore the tent):

Vlad was suspicious at first but warmed up to him as Scott went to him for help and looked up to him as a farther figure and gave him an ice sculpture of him and Vlad to him on fathers day. When camp disaster happened Dabi gets suspicious because only his family can control ice and takes Scott as well and tortures Scott to get answers out of him but Scott gets rescued like the Bakugou. He than moves in the dorms next to Shoto and the empty dorm room (Sato moves up next to Bakugos room) meaning he's on the top floor. Scott turns his room into forever winter:

He also renovates and takes advantage over the room next to him and makes it into a personal library just imagine it a bit colder and whiter:

Scott likes being alone creating ice sculptures of flowers and people he loves. The students don't know about his deer form until summer camp where when they were about to get thrown off a cliff he turns into a deer and runs to the camp already guessing what's happening and doesn't want to be stuck behind. He would intern under endeavor because he asked where Todoroki was interning at so he could help with his ice powers as there are no heroes with ice powers. His hero name would be: The Icey hero- Buck Frost. Because he can turn into a deer and a male deer is called a buck and frost because he can control ice. His hero outfit would be this:

But with golden deer horns. Also, I just want to say if you want to ship him with someone then ship him with a boy as he is gay in real life and by doing this it's just a sign of respect and I feel like if you shipped him with a girl, it would be disrespect. He's also a teenager in this one too so there's no pedophilia.

Also he comes from the time line where Xornoth has just been captured and put in a crystal. And his tragic backstory is when he got his powers at a small age he got so scared that he ran into the woods not wanting to face his mother and hurt her, Xornoth his brother but his real name Xander (in my au also same with the back story)  was looking for Scott and found him he came near and tried to help but Scott got so scared that he accidently 'killed' Xander making him fear his powers.

So, I did Scott this time next time I'll do someone else that's not from the empires series and see if you get any ideas. If you see that I've missed something, and I will try to answer and update it.
