Cashew Nut Storing Silo
RCN processing uses storage silos to store RCN at various phases of the process.
Silos are used to hold cooked RCN until it cools down. Silos are used to store the sized RCN after sizing, prior to the shelling procedure.
Rotating perforated drums are used to scale RCNs into four common sizes.
250 kg to 25 mt is the standard capacity per silo.
Mobile Bins
Transportable Stainless Steel Throughout the procedure, Kernels are moved from one step to another using mobile bins. Furthermore, the purpose of these movable bins is to lessen the likelihood of kernels breaking while handling.
