Explaining the Crossover:
In this universe, people have been somewhat merged with Pokemon. Giving them their powers, and some of their looks. However, it comes with scientific and governmental consequences. (As the story progresses, you will see more and more of this) The Pokemon types have been sorted out into 18 districts, one for each type. They are all responsible for a part of keeping society running. The dragon district, is the "ruler" of all the others. The Dragon district does not work and takes what they need from others, and they are protected by their own massive strength. They command the other districts, and manipulated them into a war. However, the war was not settled, and is still ongoing. As a rule, districts can only reproduce within their own, and it is illegal to be in a district if you don't originate in it, unless you have proof of government approval. breaking these rules is punishable by death. (Everything said in Chapter 1 is very important to the story, remember it)
