Prologue

Kira Pov's

"No lights to brake when you're hanging by fate

"KIRA! KIRA! KIRA! WAKE UP!" someone shouted.

I groaned and slammed my alarm to the wall. Sitting up I see Jaxon getting my clothes set on my bed. I moaned and crawled out of bed. When I stood up I felt arms wrap around my waist, I giggled and tried to get out his grip.

"Jaxon let go, so I can go to the bathroom." I said while smiling, struggling to get out of his arm while he sniffed my neck. "Yeah you do need to shower you kind of stink." I gasped and pushed him away and ran into the bathroom.

I slammed the door and locked it, I heard Jaxon laugh and say "Kira, your clothes is on the bed, see you down stair baby girl." And with that I hear the door shut.

"Meanie." I whispered since he could probably hear me as. Putting music on, I then was getting into the shower the cold water made me shriek. I grabbed some shampoo rubbing it around in my hair, moving my neck left to right. Swaying my hips to the beat, singling loudly.

After I was done with my shower I put on the clothes Jaxon got me. Wow he knows me so well I thought to myself. 'Yeah he does' my wolf said I laughed and started to get my things. Grabbing my shoe and back pack I open my door. The sweet, greasy smell of food came running to my nose. I moaned and smiled at myself. I heard chattering coming from downstairs I knew everyone was up. Throwing my stuff down the stairs, I heard my mom scream for me not to do that.

I laugh and said "Sorry ma, that's my way of showing I'm awake." "Well then hurry up and come down stair before there's no more food" My mom shouted back.

I guess you can say we shout a lot in my family but that's what makes us a family. Grabbing my iPhone 5s, I rush down stairs into the kitchen to see everyone there. As in my brothers, Jaxon and his parents and mine.

"Morning guys!" I shouted while kissing my parents on the cheek and taking a white chocolate muffin.

"Do you have to scream? Like it's the morning and you usually hate the morning." Derrick muttered, he was right I really did hate the morning. Thinking to myself why am I happy, today is the first day of school where I hate everyone and I do mean everyone except for my brothers and Jaxon. I heard someone calling my name. Coming out of my thought, I look up to see Jaxon squeezing my cheek.

"What the heck, get your dirty hands away from me!" I said walking away to put my shoes on. Grabbing my muffin I munch on it and moaned. Oh my god this is so good I thought to myself.

"Hey my hands are way cleaner than yours, for your information." He protests back while following me.

"Yeah yeah. Whatever" Grabbing my phone I checked the time, it was 7:20am. Perfect timing, putting my phone back into my pocket I put my muffin on my stairs and grabbed my shoe and put them on.

"Jaxon let's go" I said grabbing my bag and muffin. I hear Darren, Derrick and Jaxon say bye to the parents.

"BYE MOMMY'S AND DADDY'S!" I yelled running out the door.

"BYE BABY GIRL!" I heard all of them shout and laugh at the end.

Telling myself in the head I'm not a baby no more. Seeing the guys in the car already, I ran to the car and got into the backseat with Jaxon. Our parents really did hook us up. Man, our parents got Darren a 2008 Range Rover HSE LUX. That baby is a beauty, I admire this car. Buckling up I look at Jaxon and to tell him to buckle. He rolls his eyes and did what I told him to do. I smiled and opened the window. "You guys all set back there?" Darren asked "Yeah, let's get this shit over already." I said while groaning of thought of homework and teachers. "Language Kira!" screamed Derrick, oh yeah Derrick always baby me. It's so annoying at times but adorable. "Sorry, sorry." I mumbled while unbuckling leaning over to put the radio on. "Kira you could have just asked you know." Derrick said. "I know, I know but I just wanted to do something." I replied back. I sat back down didn't even care to buckle and let Derrick pick a station. Eating my muffin, let out a sigh and heard that Jaxon say Alec is coming back.

The car stopped and I looked out the window to see us at school or hell. I groaned and waited for Darren to park.

Let this be a good day, I wished to myself.
