" Come on." Irina muttered, destruction all around her, but her only focus was the screen in front of her. 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, and it stayed for a minute before getting to 100, and Irina breathed a sigh of relief. She took the flashdrive, and the ring, and ran, fire and carnage right on her heels. A fire came out of the elevator, and she moved it as she ran past it. She jumped into the air, with the sky above her, and metal falling left and right. She held on to a metal bar on the edge of falling, and swung herself into another area, trying to find her way to the hangar. She looked down, and saw it was right below her, and let go. She jumped down from there to a landing pad, and saw her parents running. The hangar above her exploded. Melina saw her, and waved her over, before jumping in the plane. Alexei was right on her tail, and Irina was pulled in by him as they took off. " Thanks." Irina said begrudgingly. " Irina, I'm sorry. We are sorry. For everything." Alexei said. " We don't have time for this. Do you see the girls?" Melina yelled from the cockpit, and Irina said no. The landing pad was collapsing in front of them, and they were falling. Irina rolled around, as Melina steered. Alexei eventually was on top of her, but they got up, and Irina strapped in as much as she could. Which basically meant, holding on to something for dear life as they flew through fire and debris. " We need to go back." Melina stated, and she turned around. " Not if it's through that fiery furnace again!" Irina yelled. They were flying, but suddenly shots were being fired. " Oh you've got to be shitting me." Irina muttered, getting up, and carefully making her way to the cockpit. " Once they break the windshield I'll blast them." Irina told her mother, and she nodded. Someone landed, and at the same time as her powers surged, Alexei's shield was thrown. Both forces were enough to knock the soldier off the glass. " Tail's out!" Irina yelled, hearing a crack in the back. They were just falling now. " We've lost control!" Melina yelled. " No shit!" Irina retorted. " Not the time, Irina." Alexei yelled, and Irina stood again. " Try and get control from the front. I'm going to try maneuvering this from the back." Irina said, running to the very back of the plane. " Please let this work." she muttered, before jumping off, and using the black energy coursing through her veins to levitate her onto the tail.

To use her powers to do two tasks was extremely taxing on the 15 year old. She was maneuvering the plane, but it was starting to become too much for her, so she started to use her agility and high balance skills instead of her powers on keeping her on the plane. She felt a lot better after that transition. But then she saw something in the distance, a hangar pad, a plane about to take off, and Yelena with her army vest on top of it. She heard her tell someone, presumably Natasha, that this was fun before she watched as Yelena brought something down on the top of the plane, and it exploded.

Irina was screaming, but she couldn't hear anything, she could only watch as Yelena's body fell, and she was too far away to do anything about it. She screamed and screamed and screamed, and her fists started shaking, before her powers surged uncontrollably. She cried, and screamed over the loss of her sister. Everything around her died almost immediately, including soldiers flying through the air. The sky turned black until she herself couldn't see anything. She just cried and cried and cried, until she had nothing left in her.

Natasha saw the sky turning black, but she still went after Yelena, strapping a parachute to her even though she opposed it. She was relieved to see Yelena awake, but then she couldn't see anything at all. The two were nervous, especially Yelena, because they both knew who was doing this, and they knew she had lost any semblance of control over herself. They just prayed she could rein it in before it was too late.
