Time traveling son

Note -Peter is Tony's and pepper's biological son in this au. This was also before Tony became iron man and before he gets kidnap by who ever kidnapped him ( I forgot who  kidnapped him sorry). Also this keeps going back and forth between Tony's and spider pov :)

Past Tony's pov
I was sitting on the couch about 2 am with Peter who just wake up from one of his late night tantrums. I am exhausted but I wanted pepper to get some sleep because she always takes the night shift with Peter. I was just looking down at Peter, he was almost asleep again so I thought I would be able to get back in bed soon.

A flash of yellow light beam behind me! I panicked and get Peter down on the couch and yelled at Friday to alert security. I grabbed the closest thing to me, it was Pepper's aunts ugly vase that she gifted us for Peter's baby shower.

Future Peter/Spiderman Pov
Me, dad, black widow and the rest of the avengers were fighting a villain I couldn't remember the name of. When one of the men shot a gun that made a portal to a dark looking room! I was so excited just staring at the portal. Dad was yelling at me, but I couldn't hear him. Then I got hit with something hard and thrown through the portal

I heard Dad screaming "PETER!!" and then I was in a room that looked a lot like the penthouse's living room that me , dad and mom live in. I was looking around me I looked down and realized I was bleeding all over flooring. My spider sense went off, and I ducked. There were some pretty ugly vase thrown at my head, but I ducked it luckily. I turned to see who threw the vase and realized it was my dad but a younger version.

Past Tony pov
I threw Pepper's  aunts vase and at that thing that came through the weird portal. It ducked but it did even see what it was ducking from it turned to look at me but the started looking around the room. I had a gun hidden in one of the drawers by the sofa. I run to the drawer and grab the gun and took it off of safety, pointing it at the red creature.

The weird portal thing started closing and the creature started run towards it. But it missed it and the light burned away, just leaving me, Peter and the red creature thing in the living room with only a lamp one.

Future Peter/Spiderman Pov
I was kneeling on the floor where the portal just closed in a panic. All I was thinking was ' what am I going to do!! I want my dad.. dad he's going to kill me' I heard a noise , the man that looks like my dad started to inch towards me with a gun pointing at me.

"Ummm hello?"

"Who are you ,what are you doing here and how did you get here." He said in a clumsy but stern voice like when we got mad at me for going into the lab without telling him first.

"Uhh I'm Spiderman, I don't know why I'm here and I don't know really how I got here" he look at me like I was crazy.

"Are you umm human" he said lowering his gun a bit.

"Yes , I am human"

" what are you doing in my house" he ask I told him that I am a hero that fights with the avengers and a villain shot a gun that mad the portal and I got punched into it. He look at me like I was crazy.

I ask him what his name is but the answer I got wasn't not the one I was expecting." My name is Tony stark and my son is over there sleeping on the couch his name is Peter." Now it was my turn to look at him like he was crazy. Then all the pieces fell place.

" what year is it !!" He just looked at me but then answered "20XX"

Past Tony's pov
'Why was he asking for what year it is ? ' I thought to myself. I really need to get Peter into bed before he gets uncomfortable on the couch. But the spider man said something I never expected
