We Load into the Jet, This is Our Final stand… if we fail… then all is lost
Everett Puts on a new version of His Suit.
"So The Crow is Back?" Flare-Fighter Asks.
"For now. i'll Only suit up when necessary" Everett says, Pulling His Mask On.
The jet Is flying into space, we hope to reach the Greatanian ship before it reaches Earth. We just barely make it past the clouds before A giant Ship, Big enough to see from the ground shoots the ship out of the sky.
Alarms blare and the room lights up bright red.
"Shit!" I open the hatch and Fly out, trying to slow the jet's Fall. A Greatanian soldier Flies into me, Punching me Into the ground. Shit the jet!
I try to fly Back Toward the jet, But The Soldier grabs my leg and slams me against the ground. My suit creates battery things that I absorb the energy from, making me stronger tougher And Faster.
"Paladin jet, Now!" I say into the comm device in my mask
He launches at me, but I roll to the left. His fist cracks the ground, leaving a hole the same size and shape as his fist. Before he can get his fist unstuck I kick him. The Ground Breaks off from his fist, as he Gets kicked up. As hes stumbling back I uppercut him, before punching his stomach. He goes unconscious, before hitting the ground.
I see the Greatanian ship and decide to go ahead and try to break in.
"Paladin you got the Jet right?" I ask.
"Ya." He responds
"Good, get it into the Greatanian Ship, and Join me in the fight," I say.
I take off, and a web of cracks Appears in the ground, as A Boom sound can be Heard. The Ship opens fire, laser shooting towards me. Right! Left!
I zigzag and Roll in the sky, dodging the lasers. I create 5 more Batteries and absorb the energy from them.
I fly faster and Punch through the ship like a human-sized bullet.
Bootaku Punches me, Sending me crashing into a wall.
"The Half Breed Hero has come to die? Shame, if you would've joined your Mother would still be here.." I am going to Rip his limb from Limb, I'LL TEAR HIM APART!!
I create 6 more battery gadgets and absorb the energy from them, Before flying into him, Pushing him through walls.
"YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT HER!!! ILL FUCKING KILL YOU!!" I punch Him, over and Over, His Nose Gushes blood onto my fist.
My heat-Vision beats against his face, as I punch him over and over. His knee hits my Stomach, knocking me away from him. He Then Shoots his Heat-Vision at me, Burning my suit a bit.
I put my palm up, trying to block the heat-vision a bit. He steps closer, punching my stomach. He Tears my Mask off.
"Your head will make a Good Trophy." He says
I try to create more energy batteries. But my suit warns me that the Nanobots supply is critically low. He punches me again, as I roll onto The Ground. He tries to kick me, but his cape gets stuck.
He gets flipped over and thrown into a wall.
"That was for Lying to me!" Mia says..
'Mia?" I ask, honestly shocked she came back to help.
"What, couldn't let you have all the fun, besides, I still owe him an ass-kicking" she holds her hand out to help me up.
The rest of the team arrives not long after. Bootasku Presses a button, and a small army of Greatanians Flies to his aid.
"Perios, absorb the ground, its greatanian steel, the only Material that can pierce their skin. Prodigy, Flare-Fighter, Perios, Mia and I will try to keep the fight here, Light-Rate, Black-Wolf, Paladin and Crow will try to Find a way to destroy The ship." I say.
We fight the army but aren't doing great. Eventually, it's down to Perios, Mia, and I. Bootasku Quickly Takes down Perios, leaving Mia and I to take him out.
Without the Energy from the batteries, I'm not doing great.
Bootaku Grabs me and throws me against a control console. It sparks, as I absorb the energy From it. Giving myself just enough of a boost.
"How's the Self destruct going?" I ask over comms.
"Bad news, it can’t be activated by anyone other than Bootasku," Paladin says. I kick Bootasku back. He holds his Hurt arm, before pressing a button on his Glove.
The Ship shakes.
"What did you do!?" I ask.
"The Planet Destroyer is Charging up. We'll be leaving Earth's atmosphere in 5 minutes." Bootasku says, Wiping blood from his nose.
Shit!
"Everyone who can't breathe in space Evacuate the ship now!" I command over comms.
My suit detects the Weapon charging up. I can try to absorb the blast of energy… but my suit says the energy will be too much, and i… I won't survive it.. If I do this it'll save the World… but will kill me.
Mia flies over to me.
"What's the plan?" She asks. Bootasku Stays down.
"I think I found a way to destroy the Ship. And save the World… but…" I pause.
Bootasku tackles Mia, Punching her against the wall.
"GO! I'll Hold him off! Stop that Beam!!" Mia Commands, Kicking Bootasku off.
I fly out into space, Just as the Beam fires at Earth..
"NOW YOUR WORLD SHALL DIE!" Bootasku yells, as the Beam Hits me, Pushing me back, like being hit by a Truck…
It hurts… I… I'm dead… Must…
The Purple dims, as Bootasku looks out, shocked..
Come on Steel-Girl, you got this! It hurts… but… I…
I contain the energy, Absorbing it all! Purple lightning cackles off of me… It feels like fire burning
inside my very flesh… every muscle…
I….I can't… I can't contain it… the energy is going to hit earth…
I feel someone grabbing my hand… Mia stands there, also absorbing the energy… our hands lock, bruises form on both our bodies… my mask breaks away…
“Nat… I…” she says, grunting in pain, as we share the Burden…
“If I never get another chance… I… I… I like you… I… was scared you'd leave if i told you… but we may not get another chance…” she says… glowing purple vein-like lines grow around our bodies… Come on Natalie, you both are going to die if you don't push yourself!!!
I grunt, Pushing my energy absorption past my limits, containing the Energy… we fly, hand in hand into the ship, Containing the destructive energy…
"NO! IMPOSSIBLE, NO GREATANIAN CAN ABSORB THAT MUCH!" Bootasku yells.
"YOU, THINK MY HUMANITY, ME CARING FOR OTHERS, MAkES ME WEAK, BUT ME CARING FOR OTHERS, IT GIVES THE MOTIVATION TO DO THINGS OTHERS THINK OF AS IMPOSSIBLE!!” I yell out, we blast the absorbed energy at bootasku… the Energy hits him, as a massive explosion goes off… Mia grabs me, shielding me with her body, as we get blasted back to Earth

It's been a month since then, Both Mia and I have moved in with the Guardians. We're sitting At Ethan's house… we've been dating since the fight… The Tv plays a movie While I cuddle Mia on the couch, when someone knocks on the door. I walked over, wondering who it could be. I turn the Knob..
