So I'm afraid that this story will be going on official pause for a while, if the absence of updates wasn't telling already.
Unfortunately in the story drafts I had written given the initial prompt I started with, they all eventually led to the same boring song and dance similar to the Flash not being fast enough but replace that with "I don't want to kill everything around me by fighting this guy so Imma let them do their thing" 50 million times.
Yeah I don't want to subject y'all to that torture.
I've been taking a while because I've written myself into a corner, actually on multiple projects but this story in particular. Sure I could just rip out all the lines and slam new ones in, but that's just not how Fireside nor myself operate, and him & I both believe a story that gets dragged through the mud to avoid common tropes will be a good story.
I hope y'all understand, and if any of you have questions, or advice you'd like to give feel free to comment here.
