The New Daycare Attendant

The next morning one of the Parts and Service workers walked up to the Pizzaplex. They were under pressure from the CEO of Fazbear Entertainment about the daycare attendants actively glitching during naptime, causing nightmares and scaring children. 

"Fuck, man! I don't have a solution for the daycare. I am so going to get fired." The Parts and Service Manager said as he stopped and saw a space-themed female animatronic.

"Well hell yeah! Now I will meet the deadline. Welp let's get you fixed up and ready for your new job."  The PS Manager said.

He had brought the animatronic to Parts and Service and repaired any damage the animatronic had. He had also looked at its code and saw it was female and her name was Nova Stellaria Universe. He added a few extra lines of code before he powered on Nova and waited for her to boot up.

Nova's POV

I was floating among an ocean of stars. It felt like I was there for years. Then suddenly it was like I was a shooting star. I was back in my body booting up. I opened my eyes to see I was in a glass cylinder with a human outside of it staring at me.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hello, Nova. How are you feeling?" The PS Manager asked.

" I feel fine. Hold on a second." I said as I opened up my computer in my arm, checked my code, and saw some added lines.

"What did you add to my code?!" Nova shouted in slight terror.

"Oh, um...I may have...hehe...added a romantic interest...code...for...um...your new Co-workers. I thought it would help you and the attendant get along well?!" The PS Manager stuttered out.

"W-what?! Why would you do that?! We animatronics are living beings as well. We have our own emotions. Our own interests and talents. Our codes are our lives, our souls, our memories. One mistake, one mistype of code could corrupt our very being and possibly erase who we are." I explained the situation as simply as I could.

" Oh?! I didn't know that. I guess that makes sense about what is happening to Moon now." The PS Manager said.

"It is fine...um...what's your name?" I asked.

"It's Jeremy, Jeremy Fitzgerald." He answered.

"Well Jeremy, it's fine. You didn't know corrupted my code or anything. At least from what I can tell. But back to what you said. What did you mean when you said it made sense about what was happening to this moon person?" I asked in curiosity.

" Well someone did something to the daycare animatronic. There are two attendants. Their names are Sundrop and Moondrop. But they prefer to be called Sun and Moon. They also both share a body." Jeremy explained.

I covered my face with her hands and groaned at the misfortune that had been done to the celestial twins.

" Well, that is horrible! We need to fix that like urgently. One must be in excruciating pang when they shift and the other must feel like crap because they are causing said pain just because they just want to blink of their own fruition. Those poor unfortunate souls." I stated in disspare.

"Holly shit! Um uh crap! Let's get you out of there first off." He lets me out quickly.

"Thank you," I said as I left the chamber.

"Let me contact the CEO of the company. Just to let them know the daycare is going to be closed for a few days. Then I will go get the attendants and bring them here." Jeremy said as he got on the phone.

I gave him a thumbs up and decided to do a full system check to ensure I didn't have anything else foreign in my code. I saw a few things but I was able to easily get rid of them.

"Ok! I was told it was fine but we can't have the daycare closed for more than a week. So I will go get the attendant and bring them down here." Jeremy said.

" Well, that's great!  One, it should only take me a day to take care of the virus and hopefully I can try to find a way to make sure they're not going to be in pain. Two, they are going to need 2 or three days to get used to not having the virus as well as not being in pain. Three, we are going to need to take the rest of the time to get acquainted with each other. They are also going to need the same code that you implemented into me just the opposite for the towards me." I explained as I went to the computer to get the anti-virus codes ready. Along with the romantic interest code for both of them to me. 

" Ok I will go get them and bring them here I will explain some of what will happen on the way. Then we can see what we can do." Jeremy said as he left to go get the daycare attendant.

"Well, I guess I should get ready to help my co-workers. Well, I guess my significant others. I hope this meeting goes well." I said to myself as I kept working on the anti-virus codes.
