There has been some tension between the two cousins. Felix confessed that he still liked Marinette, and Adrien heard and saw everything. Seeing Felix going in for a kiss, he stepped in. He tried to talk to Marinette, who rejected him and left.

𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 4: 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨

Adrien, Felix and I went back on the beach where the rest were.

"Hey where were you?", asked Alya.

"We were exploring the island a little." Replied Felix.

A smile was created on Chloe's face. "Hey! That's a good idea! Why don't we explore the island?"

"But what if we get lost? What if someone comes?" Asked a worried Alya.

Luka looked at her. "The boat is still dead."

"Let's just go for a few days! Plus we need to find food and water, don't we? Maybe there's a river somewhere and some animals or fruits! We'll go back on the beach in a blink of an eye!" She looked down. "And we could put something, like some rocks or branches on our path to not get lost!" She grabbed a branch and smiled.

"You think that'd work?" I asked.

She confidently said yes.

"I thought you were scared to be here?" Alya questioned.

"Actually, it's not that bad. I mean, look at this! This island is so beautiful! I bet it's even more inside of this." She pointed to the forest.

"Fair enough. I'm in." Said Felix.

All of us agreed and we packed our things to leave. We headed into the mesmerizing forest. There were greeneries and all sorts of animals everywhere. Most of them were insects.

I noticed Adrien staring at me as we walked. That made me feel uneasy. Felix interrupted my thoughts. "Hey Mari."

I looked at him and greeted him back. "Hi Felix."

He must have noticed that I wasn't fine, because he asked what had happened.

I lied and said that I was just tired. I didn't want the two cousins to fight. There was already enough tension!

Felix grabbed my bag and offered to help. "Let me help you."

"Oh no, it's okay. Thank you."

"I insist."

I accepted his offer and thanked him, to which he responded back with a wink.

I was glaring at Felix. Nino noticed that.

"Dude what's up with this face?"

I got startled and looked at him. "H-huh? Nothing. It's just that-" I sighed. "Why did Felix have to come?"

"He's our friend, and he helped us a lot."

"Yeah yeah..."

Nino raised his eyebrow and stared at my face.

"What?" I gave him a confused look.

He grinned. "Are you jealous?"

I wasn't expecting him to ask that. "What? No! Why would I be?!"

He shrugged and continued walking. "I don't know...I know you still care for her, dude."

"That's absurd." I rolled my eyes. "She means nothing to me."
