Part 1

Midoriya lay curled up in bed, the weight of the world pressing down on him. He couldn't shake the feeling of hopelessness that seemed to consume him lately.  The once bright and optimistic had been slowly fading away, replaced by a shell of his former self. Ever since the fight between All for One, he hadn't been the same. He found it harder and harder to find joy in the things that used to bring him happiness. His classmates were worried about him, but he couldn't bring himself to open up to them. He couldn't burden them with his problems when they had so many of their own. But there was one person who seemed to understand his pain, one person who reached out in the darkness. Dabi, the mysterious villain with a troubled past and a burning hatred for heroes. He had saved Midoriya in the fight with Shigaraki, and ever since then, he had been a constant presence in Midoriya's life. Dabi had a way of seeing through Midoriya's facade, of cutting through the walls he had built around himself. He was the only one who could see the pain and sadness that lurked behind Midoriya's smile. And for that, Midoriya was grateful.
