A neutral place where Vigilantes, Villains, and Heroes can enjoy beverages, cupcakes or cakes. It has simple rules. No shady business, capturing or interrogating anyone. He made this for peace not a beacon for trouble. || This is definitely not my first story, but one of the few I've posted. I may or may not post an update on Wednesdays, I have a chaotic schedule which I hate so much. ||

Complete Izuku Midoriya has a quirk in this but it is a quirk that his grandfather had. Izuku's grandfather was a villain. He also has a blue flame and a hand soulmate mark. Inko hates her father and anything like him. She hates her father so much that she hates everything that he loves especially his quirk. Izuku's quirk lets him talk to snakes, have a snake like fangs and eyes, Izuku is cold blooded, and can turn in to a small venomous green snake. Deku, Dabi and Toga get caught by Endeavor and are forced to go to UA for rehabilitation. Let me just say they hate it there. They take every chance they can to leave, but they know if they're gone for long the heroes will do something worse, they could get sent to the worst, and most well guarded prison in Japan.
