Chapter 7: Road Trip To Disaster

It was a nice summer day in San Fransokyo, at the Hamada household, Hiro and Tadashi were playing Mario Kart on the Wii.

"I'm gonna beat you 'Dashi!" Hiro said, they were one on one and the finish line was up ahead.

"Well see about that" Tadashi said, he pushed random buttons on the controller and his character went fast and crossed the finish line. He won the game and yelled in victory while Hiro groaned.

"Keep that up or you'll be getting nothing from me tonight!" Hiro snapped, Tadashi stopped and frowned.

"So about-

"Yes Tadashi, I was kidding" Hiro said with a eyeroll, Tadashi smiled and turned off the Wii and changed it to the weather channel.

"We got nice weather and cool breezes from up north and that can make a nice day for a trip" the weather man said, Tadashi turned off the Tv and turned to Hiro.

"We should go on a trip" Tadashi said, Hiro looked at him like he was crazy or something.

"When, where and why?" Hiro asked

"Saturday, San Fransokyo Woods and we should because to bond as a family" Tadashi said

"What do you mean 'we', our kids are grown up and no because I hate camping" Hiro said, putting more hatred on hate. Tadashi knew Hiro hated camping because a accident occurred and Hiro told Tadashi to never bring up the subject again.

"Come on Hiro, it'll be fun!" Tadashi said, Hiro sighed "Fine"

"Yay!" Tadashi said happily, Hiro smiled, getting Tadashi very happy was rare. Hiro picked up the phone and pushed it to 5-way call.

"Hi mom!" Said the kids

"Hi, can I ask you all something"

"Sure"

"Me and your dad are going on a trip, are you guys up for it?"

"Sure, cool,awesome, that's exceptional, of course we'll go" said the kids

"Kay start packing tonight, well be leaving on Tuesday, Tadashi will rent out an RV and their well be heading to San Fransokyo Woods" Hiro said, one of them gasped and it was none other than Felix who over heard the conversation.

"Felix, don't" Brian warned

"Don't go there Mrs.Hamada! I heard someone died there!" Felix shouted,Brian sighed.

"Felix I told you to stop watching those shows! They're telling crappy things!" Brian said and muttering about how to block stupid shows and Felix turned off the phone. The kids agreed to it and turned off their phones. Hiro put the phone back to its place and walked to the living room to see Tadashi talking on the phone

"Uh huh I will like those Big RV that has uh 2 bathrooms and bunk beds on each side, how many? Well I uh have 5 kids and grandchildren, no my kids are adults already, you have it? That's great, thanks! Okay, I'll pick it up on Monday, bye" Tadashi said as he hung up the phone and sighed.

"Wow that was some conversation huh" Hiro said

"Yup, that man can talk up a storm" Tadashi said

Hiro chuckled and sat on Tadashi's lap "I told the kids about the trip and they agreed to it" Hiro said, Tadashi looked at Hiro to say if it was true and he nodded.

"Well at least we could spend time with them" Tadashi said and lied down on his back on the couch with Hiro on his chest and both fell asleep.

Time Skip To Tuesday
"Okay does everyone have everything? Went to the bathroom? Ate something? If you didn't, go ahead and do it" Hiro told everyone, they were outside the Rv, Tadashi,Ethan and Xavier loading up the stuff.

"Uh grandpa Hiro, can I bring my Phone with me" Wyatt asked

"No Wyatt, give it to me" Brian ordered, Wyatt groaned and gave it to him

"Okay everything is ready!" Tadashi said,Hiro smiled and told everyone to get on it, everyone wowed at it, they're were diner-styled tables in the middle and benches on each side and a Flat Screen TV was in the middle, a entrance was to the side and throught the hallway, bunkbeds were there and a master bedroom was at the end of the hallway, two bathrooms on the side, and of course a kitchen was at the middle of the rv.

"Wow dad, how did you pay for this" Ethan asked

"....Money son" Tadashi said, Everybody chuckled or giggled at the comment Tadashi said and Ethan blushed in embarrassment.

"Okay, is everyone ready to go?" Hiro asked, everyone cheered and Tadashi started the Rv and started driving.

On the Freeway
"Ugh Daddy~ I don't feel so good" said Lucas, Felix and Brian's son, as he put his head on Brian's lap, Brian looked at him and his fingers curled his hair.

"I'll get you some medicine then, okay" Brian said, Lucas nodded, Brian went to the bunk beds and got his bag, he opened it and looked for the medicin, he raised an eyebrow and kept looking.

"What the-?" Brian said "Felix!" Felix came

"What is it?"

"Where's Lucas's medicine? I put it inside here" Brian said

"Oh I took it out because I wanted to take the camera with us" Felix said with a smile, Brian was shocked and sighed.

"Why?!, Lucas is car sick! He's in there" Brian said, pointing to the living room "Holding his stomach"

"Daddy~" Lucas whined

"I'm coming baby, your father left your medicine at home, sorry Luca" Brian said, he picked up his son and held him until...

BLECH!
Lucas threw up on Brian and on his shirt, Brian sighed and rushed him to the restroom, Hiro saw it and told Tadashi to pull over.

"Momma I'm hungry!" Zoey, Ethan and Layci's daughter said, Layci nodded and took out a lunch baggie filled with apples and a juice box and gave it to her. Hiro heard the bathroom door open and out came Brian and Lucas. Tadashi started the truck and they were on the road again.

Time Skip to San Fransokyo Woods
"Hello, welcome to San Fransokyo Woods, your spot is number 12, have a nice day!" said a park employee. Tadashi nodded and went to their number. Once they got there, Xavier,Ethan and Tadashi took down the stuff while Hiro set up the barbecue pit and the rest just admired the forest.

"Wow I never knew the forest could be so...beautiful" Abigail said and stopped.

"Abi?...what's wrong dear?" Hiro asked worridly

"I hear something like a waterfall over there" She said pointing to a trail that leads to the lake.
