The mystery old man

The day after a party I was walking home at night. I was dizzy and tired after drinking five beers. I use the train to come to the destination to get back home. And after I hopped off the train station I walked a bit to get back home and saw someone. It was an old man with two black plastic bags that was big. The old man was bald and got a long grey beard. His eyes was yellow. And his teeth was crooked.

When he look at me from path I was walking, he started walking faster. I was confused what just happens but I didn't think about it too much. As I was walking the same way the old man ran, I heard an ambulance driving fast past me. I was wondering what happens so I started moving a bit faster.
When I came there ambulance stopped I saw something terrified.

It was the old man that I saw at the train station. His body was full of blood and some of his organs was shown outside of his body. It was horrible to watch but then I saw his eyes. It was looking into to my eyes. I was stunned to speak or do anything. But there was something I didn't see. The two black plastic bag. It wasn't there, I couldn't see where it was. I was looking everywhere and nothing was there. I walked to the paramedics and asked them. Did you see a two big plastic bags? They were a bit quiet then replied to me. There was no plastic bags from this old man. My mouth dropped. My brain couldn't process what just happened. If the old man didn't have the plastic bags. Where did it go and who was the old man I saw?
