All my life I'd been the happiest kid. I had my mother and that's all that mattered to me, no I didn't have my father and that's okay. My family was there for me as I always remember. Even though we didn't always have lots of money we were fine.

My name is amber rose. I guess you could say I'm average height average weight and everything average. I have straight brown hair and plain brown eyes. I'm nothing exciting like mother. She's a doll. She has everything a girl could ask for except her heart.

I didn't know what could be worst not having my family anymore or her addiction. She was all I had left except no one cared. One day jan wanted me to buy her more alcohol, I tried to tell he I couldn't buy it. I'm obviously under age, so she told me to go to some weird store on the more dangerous side if town. So I listened. I walked over there.

I'm 23 now. Mother began to drink less, and I met someone very very special to me. He has made my life turn around and I felt I could see the sun again. I could say I love him.

He is perfect to me. After graduating we moved in together, we got a beautiful little apartment. It was the most comfortable beautiful place I could call home. I love coming home to cook a meal for him. When he comes home it's like I love Lucy, honey I'm home. I come to greet him at the door and its the best thing ever.
