After Saving Melissa and David Shield on I-Island He got in Contact with them and asked them to make this Gloves who could retract into a Ring on his Hands, They can also enter the Web ad do pretty much everything a PC or Phone can do.
Both are made or later on Upgraded with Nanotechnology, the gloves turn into a Pitch Black Ring on his right Hand and the Face Mask turns into a Pitch Black Cross Earring on his right Ear.
