"Damn it, where is she?" A man violently forces a table across the dark room, voice echoing dangerously.
"I don't understand how this could have happened." His friend voiced flatly, tone completely opposite to the hot head in the room.
I would say the situation lies somewhere inbetween their two contradicting reactions. You see, our heroine escaped while under their watch.

Oh man, that smells good. How much longer until my fries are ready?I can't believe I actually left but I had to leave that place. They were nice at first, but perhaps it was my fault that things had changed. After all, they did take me in when I had no place else to go. Even though I wasn't very close with my family I still didn't want to trouble them any more than I had already. They were bothered enough after I was attacked and bitten in the woods nine months ago. They payed for my hospital bills and gave me all the care I needed. To bring up the fact that I was turned into a werewolf would be too much. I didn't understand what was happening to me. What if I had hurt them or the beast inside me had killed them?
Fortunately a pack of werewolves took me in. They kept an eye on me when they heard I was bitten by a wolf. They explained that being alone was dangerous and to keep everyone safe that being in a pack was necessary. It seemed like the best option at the time.
"Here you go." The waitress smiled at me.
Yes! My food is here. Ooh, the burger has a pad of butter on its bun, this is the best night of my life.
--------------------
The food was so good I will definitely be coming back here again. Now, what was I thinking about earlier. Oh, yeah, I was thinking about what has happened lately.
A lot of things have changed. A lot.
I used to rely on other people for help but that doesn't mean they will always be willing to lend a hand. Sometimes they feel that they have to cut their losses. Those losses being you. But, can you really blame them? They must have a good reason. Why should they go against themselves for you? Wouldn't you have done the same thing? These are the questions I ask myself and they are the reason I am not angry. Not angry for being abandoned. But, sometimes there's another voice in my head whispering: You weren't abandoned. They didn't leave you to fend for yourself. They had plans for you. Plans much worse than being abandoned. You have every right to be angry, to want revenge. After all, they were going to kill you.
