"Is that the last of it?"
My mother asked as I dropped the last box on the floor of the long abandoned "house" me and my mother were staying in. "It better be, the moving van took off like hell when the driver saw this shit hole" I really don't blame him, this place is coming apart at the seams.
"Hush!" My mother coos "She only needs a little work! Isn't that right..." My mother puts her hand on a wall lovingly, only to see a handprint of dust in its place. I laugh "This is going to be one hell of a adventure"
~~~~~~~~~That Night~~~~~~~~~
Since me and my mom don't have much stuff to unpack, I'm in bed by 11. I wake up suddenly in the night to see its 3:36 on my iPhone. Shit. My head kills and suddenly I know why. I'm getting a vision-whether I like it or not.
A girl sits on a swing tied to a tree. A scream is heard. "Mommy?" She whispers and starts to cry. ~
A man is laughing and painting a wall and eerie shade of red~
The girl from before is holding a mans hand at the entrance of a large house.
The girl began to cry and the man smirked~
A woman with a flower crown and a bloodstained white babydoll dress is lying with her eyes closed in grass. She opens her eyes.~
Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. It's 3:56 Last time I had a vision that long someone in my class I had managed to somewhat befriend died in a car accident at the same time a week later. My mother says longer visions are the work of powerful spirits, they have enough energy to really send their message. It depends what they do with that power that defines them as a spirit. I never really bothered to make friends after that. Who knows what could happen. For now I roll over and make note to tell my mother in the morning. This damn spirit can wait until I get my full 10 hours.
