After my lesson is over with, i hear niles voice downstairs and also nelson's. i rolled my eyes at when i heard nelson speak. i got up from my desk and opened my bedroom door.
i walk downstairs to see niles and nelson standing there talking to matt and chris. when niles sees me, his face lit up and he runs to me and gives me a hug. i laugh "hi niles" i say hugging him back. "Hi sageeee, can you come over and i'll teach you how to play basketball?" niles asks still hugging me. "yeah you just have to let me go get changed cause cargo pants and basketball not a good idea." i laugh and niles let's go of me
NELSONS POV:
Thank god she's gone even though she's coming over to my house. i didn't even get asked if i wanted her to come over. niles just assumes shit which is aggravating and how can he be friends with her? she's annoying and obnoxious but she's kinda cute... stop nelson why am i thinking? she's ugly or is she??
"hey you good nelson? you zoned out" matt asks me. "yeah i'm good. i just noticed something" i say rubbing the back of my neck "oh okay" matt says. i smile at him and we continue on with the conversation.
5 minutes later, sage came downstairs and she looked hot. i see her smileat niles with her braces. she is even cuter when she's smiling. no snap out of it nelson. "bye matt, bye chris" i say to them. they both say bye back. "come on i don't have all fucking day." i say to sage. "shut up" sage says to me and i roll my eyes.
SAGES POV:
i go upstairs and run into my room to find something to wear to learn basketball. i find an outfit that i think is good to play basketball in.

After i get changed, I grab my phone and open my bedroom door. i run downstairs hearing matt and chris talking to nelson and niles. i see niles and smile at him with my braces showing and walk over to them that's when nelson starts talking. "bye matt, bye chris" he says to my older brothers. "bye nelson, bye niles" matt and chris both say at the same time.
i walk over to my brothers. "bye guys, i'll be home at like..." i say checking my phone seeing it's 2 in the afternoon "at like 5 to be back before mom makes dinner!" i say hugging matt first then hugging chris.
"okay bye sage!" matt says hugging the girl back. "bye gigi be safe" chris says hugging her back and letting go. "i will i promise c!" i say walking out the door.
"come on i don't have all fucking day." i hear nelson say making me roll my eyes. "shut up" i say back to him and he rolled eyes. i run to catch up with niles not wanting to put up with nelson's shit.
"hey nil!" i say looking at the boy. "hey sage! i like the nickname. no one calls me that!" niles says to me as we reach their gate to their house. "woah y'all have a full ass basketball court" i say amazed at their house. "yeah! we do challenges out here and just have fun" he say opening the gate and walking in. i follow him and we walk inside the house.
"oh hi sage!" cassie says hugging me. "hi cassie! your house is beautiful!" i say to her hugging back and pulling away. "thank you! i designed it myself!" cassie says smiling at me. "well you have very good style" i say hearing the door open and shut. i turn my head around to see nelson. he walks upstairs and walks to his room.
i see niles running downstairs with his shoes on. "well that's my queue. bye cassie!" i say waving bye at her. "bye sage!" she says smiling. me and niles head outside to "play" basketball.
(TIME SKIP CAUSE I DON'T FEELLIKE WRITING ABT BASKETBALL)
it's 4:30 pm right now and we just finished up playing basketball and we're inside. not gonna lie, niles is a good ass teacher and a good ass basketball player. noah came outside at like 3:59 and played with us. we had a lot of fun but now it's time for me to go home.
"bye guys!" i say dapping noah up and hugging niles. "bye sage. yo ass actually good at basketball" noah says to me. i laugh "that's cause of nils" i say pointing at the 5'2 boy "what can i say? i'm just a great teacher" niles says.
"don't get to cocky now." nelson says appearing out of nowhere. "shut up nelson. you didn't even see me teaching her." niles says to nelson "okayyy that's my time to leave." i say not wanting to be in this conversation. "BYE S ILL MISS YOU" niles yells hugging me. "nils were literally neighbors but i'll miss you too" i laugh hugging him back. "never come back." nelson says.
"i won't if your here. i don't wanna deal with your attitude anyways." i say to nelson as niles pulls away from the hug. he rolls his eyes and i walk to the front door opening it and walking outside. opening the gate and walking to my house.
When i get home, i open the front door smelling my mom's delicious food. i shut the front door and head to the kitchen. "hi momma!" i say grabbing a pepsi out of the fridge. "hi sweetie! i'm making your favorite! alfredo" my mom says looking at me. "mmm yummy! thank you momma" i say kissing her cheek. "of course sage" she says softly.
i turn around to see chris looking in the fridge. oh shit... "whatca looking for chris?" i say knowing he's looking for a pepsi but i took the last one. "a damn pepsi. oh wait. i hid one" he says grabbing the pepsi that he hid behind the milk. i sigh "of course you did." i say shaking my head and laughing.
Zoey:
hey pookies! sooo how do y'all like the story so far? i think sage and nelson are going to hate each other until RWE starts in this book. bye now!
