The transition between the sun's setting to the moon's rising had always been one of the greatest gifts the earth had ever given onto mankind.

There was something almost magical, in how the crystalline blue sky morphed from it's neutral state to those beauteous shades of colors.

How the sky always went from deep orange, to yellow and gradually morphing between red, sometimes purple or pink all across the celestial body. It was one of the earths biggest wonders.

Like how the sun left but never actually left. How even though the sun's at rest, it always made sure the earth had light to guide It's habitants.

How hours prior to the sun's retrievement, the moon would always be there looming around the foggy clouds, dancing around the warm celestial atmosphere in silence.

It was a beautiful sight indeed.

The moon's rising.

The moon was the biggest satellite the earth could ever have. The moon was beautiful, oozing and radiating of power. The moon gifted us with her celestial light during the night, but contrary to the sun, the moon was fragile which was why her immaculate rays couldn't pierced through the entire surface of the earth.

The day was home for the sun while the night was home for the moon,—well the moon was meant to own the night.

But not even the moon was rival for those monsters. It was a pity how such perilous beings tarnished the essence of the night with their atrocious acts.
