Sanji was resting on a bed in choppers office room. He woke up after about a minute.

He saw Zoro wasn't there. He looked around, and only saw chopper spinning on his chair happily.

"Oh! Good morning, Sanji!!!" He spoke, his tone his normal high pitched and cute voice.

Sanji couldn't help but smile.

"Good morning."

Chopper frowned a little. "Sanji.."

Sanji's head tilted for a second. "What is it?"

"You need to have surgery." Chopper mumbled.

Sanji stopped blinking for a moment.

"What?"

"Why... Do I need to have surgery?" Sanji started blinking again after a minute or so.

"I found a scar on your chest. It seems something is in there..." Chopper spoke, abit quitely.

Sanji froze.

Zoro opened the door and went to where Sanji was laying.

"Good morning 'sleeping beauty.'" Zoro chuckled.

Zoro noticed the face Sanji and Chopper had and then his face turned into more of a serious face then a kidding one.
