4.the orphanage

Elva POV:

Today's is off day so I tell Joseph to take me to the orphanage where I last been 1 and half month ago but don't know why am I feeling to just have a visit there so I tell My P.A aka secratary who is Joseph to tell them about my arrival and take some gifts and chocolates with us so can we give to the children there.

After completing the work I and mr Joseph departed to the orphanage , I am missing them already.

When did we get there Mr Joseph. I asked him for our arrival.

We'll be there in around 20 min because there's traffic on the way so it's will take time, miss are you missing them. He asked me in his gentle tone.

Yess Mr Joseph I am missing them and I knew they all are also missing me . I Cooed him.

After 15 min we'll reach there and just heading towards the main gate I saw a girl sitting alone in the garden so I walk to her to ask what she's doing here but it's look like she's is new here otherwise all.the children came to me when they see me.

Hey dear what are you doing here. I asked her but she didn't replied back and keep staring me then came the care taker of the orphanage.

Oh hello miss ,you arrived I am waiting for you arrival only when your secratary informs us that you are coming all the children being excited by this new and waiting to meet you .she is informed me but I cut her off in middle and asked .

Did she a new comer because I didn't see her before?

Yes Miss she is the new admitted here but she don't get enrolled with other children it may take her sometimes to get comfortable here. She replies me polite.

Okay I want to sit there with her after sometime I came inside but me Joseph you take the things inside and distribute them to the children , I'll came be in few minutes. I told them and they both goes inside.

Hey may I sit beside you I ask her politely with smiling.

Seeing her reminds me of my sis , she is also same in her childhood a little chubby , playing around but she in not with me anymore but I hope wherever she is just be safe and just living her life happily , not in a mess life I pray for her best.

Do you want chocolate , I can give you your favourite chocolate too but I don't know what your favourite chocolate is. Could you tell me what is your favourite chocolate. I asked her firmly taking her hands in my but she shiver a little so I place it in my lap.

How do you get here. When you came here sweetie .

I asked and she turned to face and firmly said.

I came here last week , bu...t bu...t I don't know how I ended up here .. her word stumble. And she start sobbing.

How do you mean that you don't know how you came here I introgate politely.

Did you get here by someone else , and where is your parents I introgate her again and she replied.

My parents died in an accident and I was with my aunt but one day we were coming back from the market my aunt and uncle had argument over me , they are fighting in our way but he stop the car and take me out of India and yells at me and her after that I don't know what happened and I end up being here.

She says with hoarse voice and I pull her close to my chest and hugs her firmly.

Don't worry baccha (child) don't worry we will always be there for you , if you ain't is with you or not I am always with you and the people here is also with you. I Cooed hera she hug me back tightly.

Stop crying baby , stop crying we'll be always with you. What you like to eat , do you want to eat something. I exclaimed to her but she shake her head and make fist on my dress and I patted her head to calm her down.

And suddenly the warden of the orphanage came towards us and stand infront of me .

Where did you get her, and how. I introgate to her and she politely said.

"Madam we were coming back from the trip last week and suddenly we she her laying on the side of road and then we take her with us and treated her to doctor." She replies me .
"How??how could you all think that you done something like this and thinks that I patiently accept all this kinda stuffs,could you think that you'll be save after doing this".

"How's her family and how's her aunt I mean their behaviour and the way they treat her" I asked her and she hug me with more grip .

"Her family is good but one day they met with an accident and her aunt take her with them , she treat her well but her husband doesn't want her and he treat her aunt bad too and he don't want them to adopt her but her aunt is so good . "She tell me then look at her and then again me.

"What's your name bacha , how I call you if I don't know your name" I asked her politely and she pull her head to look at me.

"Okay if you don't wanna tell me then I am gonna call you maffle " i exclaimed smiling at her and she smiles back.

" Do you like this name butterscotch " I said caressing her cheeck and she giggled with this.

" She doesn't get along with anyone maybe because she feels insecure and uncomfortable but we are trying hard to make her feel secure , safe nd comfortable " the incharge of the orphanage tells me and I missed back at her and said.

" I want her biography and everything , I want to know about her aunt and uncle behaviour and everything related to them" I tells her and she nodded simply and ask us to came inside.

" Okay let go dear butterscotch , let gets inside , don't you still tell me you name please let me know " I asked her pouting cutely and she nodded with smile.

" My name is Maisie and I am 6 years old" she Cooed me with polite smile and I amusedly look at her and asked.

" Do you know the meaning of your name Maisie" suprisingly she nodded and nd I hold her hand and make her look at me.

" Yes, I know once my mother tells me that I am the sign of there love and the first they meet in beach so she name me from there , which means pearl" she replied me and just smile listening to her.

" You know what you actually are a pearl , so beautiful like pearl , have shiny eyes like pearl , have rosy small lips just like it mouth, you are so beautiful " I said and kisses her forehead and she giggled seeing me like this.
