Sam and Kit made it to the American forest, but they couldn't find any clues on the ground. So they instead went to ask the locals, and they revealed that the monster in question was some sort of "big" creature.
Apparently, the duo came up short with no leads and headed back. However, Kit heard something and followed it, up to where it led her to a dead end.
"Oh, bullocks. That's just great, not one lead to follow or evidence to identify," Kit said in defeat. She then turned around to her right and started walking back. But then she heard something rustling in the bushes. She turned her head slightly to the left until it felt like the fourth walls were closing in on her as a snarl came out and Kit's voice screamed in pain.
Sam heard this and looked in the direction her scream was coming from. "Kit?" he asked in fear. He then heard her scream louder.

"KIT!" He shouts and starts running as fast as he could, pushing through the bushes as he got brushed by some pointy leaves and sticks. But he didn't care for his best friend was in danger. "KIT! HOLD ON, KIT, I'M COMING!" He continues to yell out her name as he ran past through some trees. After a while, he ran up to a tree on his right to catch his breath, only to see an unconscious Kit on the ground. "KIT!!!" Sam yelled as he then rushed over to Kit's body. He gasped in shock as he saw her covered in torn clothing which revealed a few wounds both severe and not so bad but still a scary sight to see.
