Okay. So, apparently Bloombolt is a thing. Its Chloe X Ash in the Journeys anime. Honestly, who the f**k came up with this one. It literally makes no sense, Chloe hasn't interacted with Ash that much either way. She's not even in that many episodes. She's more of a side character who doesn't give a f**k about what Ash or Goh are doing.
