Finally, the old lady knew what she wanted. "Well that's rude! I guess I will have just a black coffee." The old lady said, and you nodded. "That will just be 2.13 dollars." You spoke.
About 20 minutes passed, and you were now done with your shift. You were in your car, chilling for awhile while you were on your phone, scrolling through instagram—until you got a message from your brother.

You told your boss the news, and she was totally fine with it. You were packing your things already, and couldn't wait to finally see your brother after months. You only got to visit him about 2 or 3 times a year, and most of the time it would be during really important holidays, or even just to get to see his little sister.
"Finally done packing!" You spoke excitedly. Throwing yourself on the bed, you went on Instagram and scrolled through peoples post and stories. You decide to read a book you've been wanting to read but didn't have enough time because of work.
