This is my first fanfic, so it's probably not much.
Based on SlimePupAribaba's Stars and Asters: Volume 1 - String Theocracy on AO3
This takes place during Act 3 of Mondstadt's Archon Quest, after we purify Dvalin, save Mondstadt, and get rid of the Abyss and Fatui Diplomats. Make sure you check out SlimePupAribaba's AU, too!
The way I write characters' personalities may not be the same as canon. Feel free to give suggestions of improvement. Also I might cross-post this on AO3. Thanks for reading!

Act I
Scene 1: In the morning, Lumine, Paimon, Kaeya, and Amber near the bridge cleaning up the aftermath of the Abyss attack.
Kaeya: So, the Abyss attacked while we were up there getting Dvalin to pipe down, huh?
Amber: Yeah, luckily it was just a few Abyss mages. We were able to detect on time to prepare a counter attack.
Lumine: Ah, I remember! You were patrolling outside the city before you met Paimon and I. Did that give you enough intel to prepare?
Amber: Umm, yes and no. The patrol was mostly for getting rid of the camps. I'm positive it's thanks to you, Lumine.
Lumine: Eh? What for?
Amber: For persuading the hilichurls to move, of course! Did you forget? You even managed to persuade the hilichurls to help us find the power source.
Lumine: Oh yeah that...eh, it was nothing. Glad I could help.
Paimon: Well, for you it was nothing! Paimon felt she nearly wet herself for that!
Lumine: Oh! Uh, sorry Paimon... (Thank goodness that did NOT happen...)
Amber: Hey Lumine. Are you sure you don't have some secret technique to understanding hilichurlian? I'm sure Ella Musk would love to get tips from you.
Lumine: ...No, no secrets really, I guess? I think I knew how to speak hilichurlian the moment I saw one during our patrol with you. It just...clicked at that moment.
Paimon: Paimon wonders why it took 2 months for you to learn teyvatian.
Kaeya: Well, pondering over things we got no leads on won't get us nowhere. Let's just finish up here so we can meet up at the cathedral at two.
Amber: Oh yeah! I also promised Lumine and Paimon I'd treat them to Sticky Honey Roast.
Paimon: Woohoo!!! Sticky Honey Roast! C'mon, Lumine! Let's move that barrel over there.
Lumine: *sigh* Paimon you're so easy to influence...
Amber: Kaeya, you join too. It's on me. Don't go running off somewhere else this time.
Kaeya: Well, I guess I'll indulge. It's not often I got a treat from the Outrider.
Amber: Sure! Just don't get used to it, Captain. You have a record of running off, watching the chaos while we're busy cleaning up stuff after all. Like when the attack on the city, Lisa told me.
Kaeya: I'm not sure what you're talking about. I'm a very busy and hardworking man. *winks*
Scene 2: Lumine, Paimon, Kaeya, and Amber went to Good Hunter after work.
Sara: Welcome to Good Hunter! Oh, even Captain Kaeya is here. Well you can sit on that table. Your food will arrive shortly.
Amber: Huh? We haven't even ordered yet.
