Taurus, aged only 17, owns the bakery of the town, unfortunately not because of free will. His father was, the year before, wrongfully accused of heresy, despite being a quite devoted Christian, and to his sons dismay, also an avid supporter of the King, and was now still undergoing trial. Taurus, being the eldest son, had to take on his paternal business if he wanted to maintain enough resources to sustain his family.
Of gentle spirit and kind nature, he is loved by everyone in the village, and after his father's arrest, despite a few forming prejudices, there was an unspoken mutual decision to support him and his family through this hard time.
As a baker's duty - and being an apprentice of one for his whole life - it isn't unusual for him to wake up earlier than most of the town. This, ulthough, comes with a few disadvantages. He's seen the creatures everyone talks about, others only fantasise about, and a few refuse to believe in. He knows who they are and how many they are, but decides to just keep it to himself. It's none of his business anyways, is it? And besides, he wouldn't want anyone else to go through with what his father has. There is only one person who he confides himself with: Gemini.
