Chapter 5

Luffy POV

Me and Torao reached the restaurant. We sat down and I ordered a butt ton of food. "How much do you eat?" Torao asked. I shrugged.

"Luffy~" Someone called. I turned around and saw Hancock. "Hi! Are you here to eat as well?" I grinned. "Ca-Can I s-sit here with you? And who the hell is that?!" She blushed before turning mad at Torao.

"He's my friend-Law! And you can sit here!" I said as I patted the seat beside me.

(those kind of cushion seats in restaurants, idk)

I panicked, but I knew Hancock liked me, so I kept her busy. I talked with her, hoping Torao would calm down.

But he didn't, at least, not until the food arrived.

Hancock seemed really annoyed at Law, maybe because he's ignoring her and just leaning on the cushioned chair, crossing his arms. He also covered his beautiful grey eyes with his hat.

He didn't even eat his food. "Torao? If you aren't hungry, can I eat your food?" I asked. He just gave me a 'go ahead' sign and I dug in.

"Luffy...don't bother him, if he doesn't anything to do with us, just let him be." Hancock groaned. "Hey! He's my friend, don't talk about him like that!" I scolded. She apologised a lot but I just kept eating.

Torao was really quiet the whole time at the restaurant. I was worried, but he didn't say anything, I could tell he was annoyed. He struck me and Hancock with lightning a few times!

We (except Torao) finished eating and Hancock paid for the food.

"Luffy~if you want to go back to the dorms, I could send you there." She blushed. "Of course! Torao! Are you okay with going with her?" I exclaimed. Hancock placed a hand on my shoulder and sighed. "I said you, not him. He can walk back."

"NO! WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO HIM?!" I yelled at her. She started tearing up a little and running to her car. I didn't feel bad at all. I turned to Torao who was trying to hide the light from his hand. But then a little of light came out from a strand of his hair. I went up to him and grabbed his wrist. "Let's go back." I smiled.

Torao nodded and made grass appear on the sidewalk. I chuckled and we walked to the bus stop.

At the dorm...

I fell down on the couch and sat back up. Torao was silent the whole time, which was making me worried. Did it have anything to do with Hancock? He grabbed his towel and some clothes, I supposed he's going shower. "Torao! Before you shower, can we talk?" I asked. He IGNORED me and went to shower anyways.

I pouted and crossed my arms. I sat back down and turned on my phone.

Doffy: Where are you?
Luffy: My friend is sick, I'll have to take a break for a week.
Doffy: Alright, wouldn't want my best employee to quit.
Luffy: Don't worry, you know I won't quit. I need the money...
Doffy: Clearly.
Luffy: I have to go, see you next week.

Robin: Anybody know where Zoro and Sanji went?
Nami: No, what happened?
Robin: They told me they had to go somewhere and didn't come back after 3 hours.
Luffy: Hopefully they didn't get lost.
Nami: Yeah.
Luffy: Hold up, is it only the three of us?
Nami: For now...
Robin: Nami...don't provoke him.
Nami: Hey! You like that Franky guy and his dog, you blushed a lot that day! Remember the café?
Robin: Don't talk about that...
Nami: Anyways, Luffy, can you come over to my dorm tomorrow?
Robin: We're worried, you told the teacher that you couldn't go to class for a week.
Luffy: One of my friends is sick, I can't go.
Nami: Oh, okay

-soft snoring-

I turned and saw Torao wrapped in a blanket and sleeping on my shoulder, without his hat. Adorable. I carried him to bed and I went to shower before sleeping with him.

Torao was snoring a little, which was adorable. I layed down on the bed and hugged him, moving his head to my chest. "Good night, I hope you like me as well." I muttered before sleeping.
