Advocate Bhaduri : The Lost Soul

High Court of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

"Sur, please mera case le lijiye mere paas itne paise nahi hai", a lady in her 20's pleading the lawyer name Mr Das to handle her divorce case while holding her baby.

"Jao yaha se mein bhi kariyo ke case nahi leta", Mr Das said that he doesn't  take cases of beggars and pushed her towards the ground

The women was about to fall, but someone came and hold her arms gently

"What the hell are you doing Mr Das, kya aap apni duty  ke saath insaniyat bhi bhool chuke hai", the person said who hold the women and prevented her from falling, to Mr Das that he has forgotten his humanity along with his duty

After hearing this loud voice people around them started gossiping, in the crowd one of the women asked another lawyer "Kya aap inhe jaante hai ?, do you know who she is ?

"Yes I know her is Arundati Bhaduri one of the famous Advocate of this state", The Lawyer answered

Arundati asked, "So Mr Das, aap thodi deir pehle inse kya keh rahe the ki aap bhi kariyon ke cases nahi leteh, toh jaiye Mr Das Aaj ke baad mein aapko iss city mein ek bhi case nahi milega yeh Arundati Bhaduri ka waada hai aapse".

"No Miss Bhaduri, aaisa maat kariye mere bacche bohut chote hai mein kaha jaunga", Mr Das pleaded Arundati while bowing down, that where he'll  go and do his children are too young

Arundati replied angrily, "Abhi aapko apne parivaar aur  baccho ki fikra ho rahi hai par iss ladki ka kya joh thodi deir pehle aapse binti kar rahi thi, uska kuch nahi, jiske saath aap galat tarike se pesh aa rahe the", Arundati gritted angrily to Mr Das that now he cares about his family but about the women with whom he was misbehaving minutes ago

Arundati turned to the lady and asked what's your name, the lady replied, "My name is Sarika Nair madam, ex- wife of renowned industrialist Pankaj Mehta"

"You are Pankaj Mehta's wife and in this condition how?"

"Actually ma'am, kuch saalon pehle , mere baade Bhai joh  Nair industries ka maalik hai, bankruptcy se bachne ke liye meri shaadi Pankaj Mehta se karwa di, usne mera marital rape bohut baar kiya, uske baad jaab meri beti huyi usne mujhe ghar se dhaaka maar kar nikaal diya",Smriti told Arundati how back then she aspired to become a doctor tor but her evil brother tied her with Pankaj Mehta to save himself from getting bankruptcy, but Pankaj turned out to be a monster who martially raped her and when Smriti gave birth to a daughter she was kicked out of the house

"Ok, don't cry I'll handle your case", Arundati said.

"But ma'am I can't afford your fees, please don't joke with me", Sarika said.

"Mein apne kaam ko lekar majak nahi karti Sarika I'm damn serious", Arundati said that she doesn't jokes with her work  to Smriti and she is serious also about this matter

"Sarika case ki hearing kab hai waise ?", Arundati asked to Smriti about the timings about her case

"Ma'am after 1 hour", Smriti said.

"Ok let's go", Arundati said

After an hour,

Sarika and Arundati in the courtroom Pankaj were also there with his Advocate, Advocate Sinha.

"My Lord, He is my client Mr Pankaj Mehta a renowned name of our state, but unfaithful at the very same time because  he was cheated by his own wife", Mr Sinha said

Mr Sinha starts asking Sarika questions, which were messing her brain up completely without any option she started crying

Mr Sinha, said to the judge, "My Lord I think that Miss Sarika has nothing to say about herself I think".
