Angel's POV

As I put a bowl of pasta on the table a boy who I'd never seen before walks into the room, he looks nervous. This must be the new boy Fulton was talking about. He just stands in the doorway playing with the hem of his shirt, I walk over to him knowing out of everyone here I was by far the least intimidating. From what I heard Trey already scared the crap out of the poor boy. Trey was a dom in our relationship and had a very scary and intense aura. "Hi, I'm Angel, what's your name?" I ask hoping he'll talk to me.

"Robin..." he mumbles softly still looking at the floor. "That's a cool name, Robin, like a bird!" I say hoping to get him to smile. He doesn't say anything. "Come on let's go sit for dinner Fulton will be in here soon," I say walking over to the table with him behind me. Fulton walks into the room with Trey behind him, Trey most likely got punished for being aggressive to this poor boy or he will be punished after dinner. "Hey baby," Fulton says kissing the top of my head and sitting next to me.

Robin POV

I end up sitting next to a boy with blonde hair, the sides were shaved and he had a lot of freckles, his eyes are a captivating blue. He looks at me and smiles, "you're new right? I'm Ryton but you can call me Ry," he says pushing a few curls behind my ears and out of my face before turning to enjoy his dinner.

"Okay boys this is our new housemate Robin, please treat him with respect. Robin before we start eating do you have any questions?" A tall man with curly brown hair asks sitting at the head of the table. I move my head to look at him, "what are the rules? And what are the punishments?" I ask, shock evident on everyone's face. I guess no one's ever asked that before.

"I just ask that you come to every meal and try to eat, and if you even need to talk please know that we are all here to listen, obviously no drugs, under age drinking, and absolutely do NOT self harm of any sort. Anything regarding being a decent human applies. As for your question about punishments, depending on your actions it could be extra chores or writing lines, but before any punishment we'll always talk it through," he said, this surprised me. What about when we talk out of place, or get upset, or start crying, don't we get whipped or starved? I was so confused. He must have noticed this because he said this with a worried face, "you won't receive any violent punishments from me, if that's what your worried about, I don't believe in violent punishments," he said making me feel slightly better, knowing that for the time being I won't get hurt. Until I do something stupid or break a rule.

My plate consists of a small fruit salad that I had picked at, veggies like corn and peas that I hadn't touched, and pasta and meatballs that I'd barely picked at. So far I'd eaten a grape, two slices of strawberries, half a meatball, and a couple of pieces of pasta. The other boys ate all of their meals and were cleaning up when a large man came and sit next to me, it was the same one I asked my questions. "Hey buddy, you didn't eat very much. Is there something else you'd like to eat instead? I wouldn't mind making it for you." He said with a soft smile. "Umm...banana blueberry smoothie? If it's too much work that's fine." I said and seconds later I heard a loud noise, making me flinch and cover my ears.

When it stopped I hadn't realized I was on the floor under the table. "Hey bud, why don't you come out from under there. That was just Sebastian running the blender for your smoothie," he said and a boy with curly blonde hair smiled at me, the ends of his hair were died a light pink. I nodded and got up in front of my chair was a blue-ish yellow-ish smoothie. I drank it quick and thanked the large man who told me his name was Fulton and Sebastian for the smoothie.

I went upstairs to the room I was staying in and changed into an oversized baggy tee-shirt. I checked my phone for messages from my 'friends' back home. All I had was one notification from an old friend's brother? His name was Teddy, I used to make fun of him when he was younger because he never had any friends, I still feel bad about it but we became friends in high school after my school counselor forced me to join the school musical, I really only did stage crew. He was the lead in the show so I would often help him run lines and stuff.

🧸Teddy Bear🧸
Hey, Alex told me that you moved to some institution? What's that all about?

Hey, sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
Yeah, Alex got lucky he's in collage so my
social worker sent me here after my the last
place didn't work out.

A few minutes of texting turned into an hour of back and forth bubbles of words. We talked about the 'home' I was in, he told me that if I ever needed anything to text him. We talked about his crappy ex that cheated on him, we talked about everything. Until Fulton came into my room.

"Robin, you're supposed to be asleep, lights out at 10. Is there something keeping you up?" He asked coming and sitting at the end of my bed. "No, you can go, I'm going to bed now," I said rudely, he was getting on my nerves, pretending to care. "Okay, if you need anything my room is at the end of the hall, all the doors have the boys names on them if there's someone else you're more comfortable talking to," he said be fore getting up and going to the door. "Umm... actually, where's umm, never mind," I said stumbling. I don't know why but I was going to ask where the large guy who came in my room earlier room was, something about him made me feel safe. He had a dominant aura and I've always been really submissive when it comes to people like that.

"If you want to know where Trey's room is I can show you, he's not usually that aggressive. He'd be more than happy to share his bed with you if it makes you more comfortable," this guys was like a mind reader! It must have been the way I stumbled on my words or the fact that I starred at him the whole time everyone else was cleaning up from dinner. I nodded and walked over to my bag and grabbed a smaller bag inside of it. It had a stuffed teddy bear that Teddy got me when my parents first died.

We walked down a long hallway and stopped before the last door. The door right across the stairs had a small medal plate on it that said Trey in cursive. Fulton knocked on the door before hearing a rude 'what' he opened the door. My stomach turned. Was I really about to sleep with this guy?
