Chpater two:Jayden

Punching the punching bag was the only thing  that
Relieved my stress other than sex.

As I was throwing punches my phone rang, I can't even get 5 minutes for myself, the name on the screen "Celeste, fuck.
My dumb assistant.

"What is it?" I ask when I answered the call "I'm so sorry to bother you boss, but there's an email it says that you've been invited to the Gala Kastrati.." before she finished talking I interrupted her.
"You thought that was important? You called me for this?"
"I mean it's from.." her voice stuttering. I should have fired her once my father had died but there's never too late.

"Don't bother me again Celeste, I don't wanna know" I say before hanging up.

I've never raised my voice to woman, but she made me wanna kill her, but I knew killing her would be a waste of time.

I put my phone down and start on throwing punches again.
Until the door opened.
Fuck my luck.

"Jayden, ë more vesh? Arbeni po bën festë për Emmën" it was my uncle letting me know my dad's childhood friend was throwing a party for his daughter.

"It's not like I care." I add turning to look at my uncle, "what would your dad say if he heard you talk like that about your godfather?" My uncle asked raising an eyebrow. Shit.

"What do you want me to do? Jump around because my so loved godfather who I saw last time 4 years ago is throwing a party about a kid who I didn't even remember he had" my words were bitter but true
"Jayden, you need to come except from the head of the businesses you father left you and Xander, you are also a part of the family, your brother shouldn't be the only one attending those events." He was right but still I didn't care about stupid events where everyone gathered and talked about businesses.

If I wanted to talk about my job I would talk on my office not on expensive living rooms.

"I will see" I say turning my back at my uncle,
"Fine" he says before leaving.

14 years ago:

"Jay, hajde ktu" my mother had called me at her bedroom, "what is it ?" I ask my mom
"Me and dad are leaving I want you to look after your younger sister" I nod my head, my parents were going on a business trip and they decided on leaving us behind with my uncle and his wife.

"Mos e bezdis xhaxhin, ti e din që ai nuk ju thot kurr jo" She says fixing my hair "and listen to your aunt." She leaned and kissed my cheek gently.

"Të dua shumë" my mom said.
"Edhe unë" I look up at her and she smiles at me.

My dad screamed from downstairs for my mom to get down, she grabbed her watch and walked down the stairs.

"No need to scream Ella is sleeping" even after my father shouting at her for being late she still only cared about her kids.

"Mos harroni ju të dy, rrini mirë edhe mos u zini" always saying the same stuff, she never got bored of it.

"Mos ki merak Agnesa, jan fëmi të mire" my aunt said standing behind me, both me and Xander turned to look at her and she smiled.

"No need to be a fucker, if you don't want to come then don't" Xan said
"I promised Dren I would go, and I will" I tell Xander while I look at some paperwork.
"If you come you should control that mouth of yours" I look up at Xander after he was done with his sentence.

I knew that he was right I was never the person to have long conversations or attend those types of events, and I knew that Xan was better at me with people, so I had to bite my tongue tonight.

"Emiliano Romano will be there too, with his wife and daughter" at the mention of that name my eyebrow raised.
My father had been after the Romano's for years, and that was his only wish before dying.
"End them." and that's what me and Xander are planning on doing.

"It's been a while since that son of a bitch is getting out of that mousetrap he lives in" I tell Xander as I rest my body on the chair
"He's on his last days probably, or he's being chased, he's a dangerous man" Xander adds "Nonsense he can't do anything alone, thanks to his men he's alive" I say running a hand through my hair.
"Jay nëse do ishte i pa aftë atëhere nuk do ja kisthe dal të ishte një nga më të kërkuarit" Xander said and he was dam right but still.

"We had to keep an eye on him tonight" I tell Xander "Don't worry about it, I've already connected Arben and told him to make sure one of his workers takes care of Emiliano and if he hears anything suspicious he will tell us ." Xander says
