??? POV
It's the day after the London concert and I can't get out of my head that the scrunchies that Ryan and Tommy were wearing look familiar and I can't remember where I'd seen them before. I put it out of my head for now and go on instagram to scroll and I come across a post by one of the girls I talked to last night, I think her name was Kate. But anyway I'm scrolling through the photos and one has her with the same scrunchie that Ryan had and I start looking at the other girls in the photo and they all have the same scrunchies that the boys were wearing at the show. I then realize that the girls are the mates of the boys and I made a promise that I plan on keeping. 😈😈
The next day
Pedro's POV
The boys and our mates are all in the living room watching a Star Wars movie playing in the background per Zach's request since he is the only single one in the house. We decided to put out a statement to the fans about finding our mates and not tolerating any hate towards them. When all of a sudden all the girls phones start blowing up with notifications and all of them look at each other and put their phones on silent not even looking at them. The boys and I are all really confused, so I asked:
P: what was that about?
(All the girls look at Kate)
K: there is something we haven't been telling you guys about ( looks at Ryan)
T: what's that (looks at Aysha)
J: the fan's figured out who we are and that we are your mates
Z: (looks away from the movie) why didn't you tell us? What have they been saying?
Au: some are happy for us and are congratulating us and some say we are using you but most are just calling us every nasty name in the book. Especially the girls we talked to before the show started
K: the girl I talked to that night brought my family into it.
J,Au,A: same with me
Ja: we need to put a statement out to the fans before this gets out of hand.
T: wait so that's why your phones were blowing up?
A: yeah they doing it everyday for a hour
After the girls tell us what's been happening, I can see on the other lads faces just how pissed and protective they are of their mates especially Ryan and Tommy. With them knowing how their mates feel about themselves. While the boys and I are talking about what the statement should say I see Kate and Aysha look at their phones and whisper something to their mates and get up and walk away. A little bit later Jordan and Autumn look and their phones and Autumn whispers to me that she is going to go lay down cause she isn't feeling the best and her and Jordan get up and walk away. Once the girls are out of ear shot I say to the boys
P: is it just me or was that odd?
R: yeah it was. I know Kate was looking at messages and I think the other girls were too.
T: Aysha was
Ja: so was Jordan
P: Autumn was too
Z: let's put a statement out then you guys should go check on them they have been gone for a long time
P,Ja,R,T: yeah let's do that
The boys and I work on putting a statement together to address the fans actions towards our mates. Once we figure out what we want to say we type it all up for an instagram post and then post it, and this is what it said
Hey Halos, we wanted to address the hate towards our mates. Yes we have found our mates and we will not tolerate anymore hate from you. Also saying these horrible things and invading their private lives which is none of your business. Talking about Kate and Aysha's families who they have not seen in 2 weeks was just in called for, and if these comments keep happening you are being toxic and fake fans.
