Jaune 10 volume 1: and then there were 10 (Getting Rebooted)

episode 1: a hero's mistaken return

as Jaune picked up a book about his family the arc's a family of Great huntsman a dream that he gave up on a long time ago after that day the day that Grandpa Max died

Has he read through it when someone knocks on his door, Jaune you got mail ,Jaune looks up confused and opens his door to see juniper arc his mother has he grabs it he finds it weird that there's no label or anything letting him know where the mail came from

As Juniper walks away. He shuts his door. intrigued by the note he opens the mail to find a video player as a hologram pops up shock and confusion runs across Jaune's face as he sees the professor a man with white hare and has green eyes and oddly enough a red shirt with light red flowers on it blue pants and brown shoes his look reminds him of Max.

as he's confused the hologram starts playing a message.

Ozpin: a while back your grandpa asked me to let you join beacon at first I shot down the idea seeing how your grandpa has been dead for a couple of years I decided to yet you join please live up to your grandpa's legacy

Ozpen: So what do you say, do you want to live out your dream? And be his great as your grandpa.

As determination rushed through Jaune's eyes. Jaune opened his closet and went digging through it until he found a box as Jaune opened the box he started dumping everything out at the bottom he found a watch the watch he was looking for the Omnitrix

As he looks at the Omnitrix. adventures begin to rush back adventures of him saving the world and of him stopping an evil tyrant, but as he began to reminisce one adventure came back one with hie lost someone close to him MAX!

As tears fell onto the Omnitrix. Jaune began to remember he was fighting vilgax and Mercury after Mercury absorbed all 10 of his aliens he became a mutant abomination as Jaune's ego got the best of him he decided to punch vilgax into the null void even though Grandpa Max said not to this led to vilgax grabbing on to him and sucking him into the Null Void with him with no choice Grandpa Max had to go into the Null Void to save me. in the Null Void he did save me vilgax and Mercury killed him.

As he looked down at the Omnitrix he decided to put it on the pain might be unbearable but this world needs a hero like him and he needs to carry on the legacy of Max.

so in the dead of night he decides to sneak out and go to a bullhead station before he left though he looked at his family weapon Crocea Mors and decides to take it before he leaves he writes a note to his family letting them know that he needs to become a huntsman

On his way to the bullhead station. He sees a familiar face that he thought he would never see again Mercury and he seems to be trading alien tech with the forever knights and he remembers the alien tech is a legal on Remnant

so Jaune jumps out of the shadows and says if it isn't mercury in the forever knights

Mercury: long time no see and towels the forever knights to leave this one to me

Jaune: don't be so sure even when you are an ugly mutant you couldn't take me on

Mercury: things have changed a lot Jaune as he touches one of the big cases made out of metal and coats his body in a metal armor

Jaune: Okay, but what is metal going to do against NRG, as he goes to slam down the Omnitrix dial he is a weird beeping sound and he doesn't transform

Jaune: oh man is it broken again time out I need to fix the watch

Mercury: nah, I need Revenge after you trapped me in the Null Void for 5 years nothing personal kid

Jaune:For one it feels personal and for two. Why do you keep calling me a kid?

But before he could finish his sentence Mercury charges at him.

Jaune thinking quick pose out his shield and blocks Mercury's attack with Mercury saying what's a matter can't fight me in a fair fight with Jaune saying fair you have superpowers all I have is a shield

With the forever Knights grabbing the weapons and they start to fire at Jaune and Mercury.

With Mercury saying guys, we're on the same team. Stop firing at me. as one of the laser beams hits mercury in the head incapacitating him. Jaune, thinking quickly jumps behind a crate and looks for an opening and finds one opening and throws his sword at one of the laser rifles.

As he does this the forever night without thinking decides to still pull the trigger. With Jaune telling him to stop before he could finish, the gun explodes all of the forever knights in the same area.With only three or four Forever Knights remaining, they gather up the remaining weapons and run away. As Jaune sizes he is police sirens in the background as he's about to run away he looks back to see Mercury with him sign he grabs Mercury and throws him on his back with him complaining on how heavy he is and runs to the bullhead station.

A few minutes later Mercury wakes up on the bullhead with him asking what happened. Jaune tells him that his new friends betrayed him figures when I see those guys again I'm going to give them a beating. anyways why am I on a bullhead, Jaune i figured you didn't want to go to jail because the cops were coming so I decided to take you with me.

a wave of confusion rushes over Mercury's face. and he asks Jaune why he would help.

Jaune: It just seemed like the right thing to do at the moment.

Mercury, not wanting to drag this on any longer than he has to, asks Jaune where he is heading. Jaune says to beacon and Mercury says he's heading that too.

Jaune screams, Huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
