▎　 Released after a long 5 months wait since the announcement of the final lineup in Seiyuu Academy, On The Borderline serves as both an idol and voice acting debut for the entire group. Although all songs of the album are recorded in two versions, Korean and Japanese, only the former have been released officially by SM Entertainment. It is speculated Japanese versions of the songs will be released in occasion of the group's debut in Japan, though it is unconfirmed.
　 Promotions for the album were cut soon with only 5 stages in total due to unspecified reasons, later confirmed to be conflicting individual schedules for the members. VENUSes still speculate to this day that SM Entertainment purposefully avoided promoting the group properly to interfere with the clause behind their future contract renewal, but it is difficult to tell as some members had to move to Japan for roles they had auditioned for months earlier.
　 Due to being up against much bigger names in the industry, the group was unable to achieve any wins during this promotional period.
