The demigod didn't like how they were back in the hot dorm. It was still early morning but the dorm was already awake.

[name] blocked out the conversation that Jamil was having with the three mermen, choosing to glare at him instead.

After all, it was his fault for what happened. No one else's, only his, at least it was to [name], they didn't have any real proof but all they know was that when they talked to him it went downhill from there.

Kalim seemed overjoyed to have the three mermen join them, insisting that they should stay and join the dorm for lunch.

[name] tighten their hold on Grim.

The night was much cooler than the day, it was nice. Sitting next to Floyd, [name] watched Azul, Jamil, Floyd, and Grim all play a game that they could care less for.

Floyd was winning, the demigod noted, as they watch the pieces move across the board.

When Jamil left, taking Kalim back to bed when he walked in with Jade, the group got quiet.

The water trio starts taking, [name] promptly tunes them out, the tiredness trying to catch up to them but they wouldn't allow themself to fall asleep.

"...signature...he hear...." Jade voice was becoming softer.

[name]'s head fell slightly to the side. Azul sighs when he sees this and places their head on his shoulder to support their neck.

Jade and Floyd snicker teasingly at the sight, Grim death stares Azul watching him in case he tries anything.

(Grim felt as if he needed to protect them, he didn't want to see them hurt. That thought alone sacred him)

[name] was going to scream. They were fuming, every part of them was filled with anger.

The group had changed up what was on the schedule for the next day. Azul, using his smarts to suggest how he make things better and Kalim agreed with no hesitation.

Jamil on the other hand seemed bothered by this, he tried to get Kalim to not take the octopus-merman's help but he couldn't convince him to deny it.

At some point, Azul and Jamil went to a hallway for a talk. During this 'talk' Jamil has tried to use his Signature Spell to brainwash Azul. Unfortunately for Jamil, Azul and the twins were one step ahead, like always.

Now once more a student had overblotted, only this time, the student had control of the dorm members and sent the group plus Kalim to the very end of the dorm.

So yes, [name] was angry and they had a right to be so.

Standing up, the wiped the sand off them. They took a couple breaths, trying to calm themself, be in control of their emotions.

"I wish I noticed something was wrong sooner..." Kalims voice made [name] look at him. "Maybe I could have done something-"

"No, you couldn't have," the demigods voice is flat. "There was no way for you to notice, even if you did, he would have denied it."

"𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺 𝘓𝘶𝘬𝘦? 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘯, 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘺?"

"𝘐'𝘮 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦," 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. "𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭."

"𝘈𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘰."

"What?" Kalim asks, his voice cracking.

"People like him, know how to hide stuff, they don't want help. He could've talked to anyone, he could've told anyone who he was feeling. But he didn't and that's on him."

(Luke could have told anyone how he felt, he chose revenge and left many crying because of it)

"You're talking like you had experience with someone like that," Azul comments.

"If I did, it wouldn't be your business." the half-blood says harshly.

"But still, I could have done something!" Kalim says a bit more desperately.

"Kalim, listen to me," [name] looks him in the eyes. "He could have asked for help, you shown him nothing but friendliness, that you appreciated him. He took that for granted and betrayed you, he doesn't deserve your kindness."

"Shrimpy's right Sea Otter," Floyd agrees with [name]. "Sea Snake totally stabbed you in the back, hard."

"Now that's settled," Azul clears his throat. "We need to head back, the only problem is that I assume the walk would take hours, maybe longer."

[name] sighs and looks around, they elbow Kalim and nod in the direction of an empty stream.

"Well, what if we swam?" The half-blood looks over at the mer-trio.

"Prefect, there's no water if you noticed." Jade looks at [name] oddly.

"You sure?" [name] smirks as Kalim takes out his magic pen.

With the use of Kalim's signature spell and the twins being mer-eels. The group was able to make it back to the dorm building in no time.

There, sitting on cushions, was Jamil looking all proud and mighty. As the brainwashed dorm members were tended to his ever need and want.

[name] wanted nothing more then to wipe that look off his face, to them Jamil didn't deserve luxury, no one who betrays someone's trust deserves luxury.

He didn't even seem sorry, no remorse for what he did.
