And Then There Were Fairies PT.1

"I can't believe this!" A young redhead girl said as she dangled upside down from a chain attached to a ceiling. "Today was supposed to be a normal day! A simple break from hero work for the day but no!!!! It just had to be ruined!" She muttered to herself angrily.

"Hurry up, Ben! I can't hang here all day!" She yelled out after a moments silence.

"Oh don't worry... He'll come, no doubt about that." A strange creature said as it walked over to the captive red head. "And when he does, he and his wretched Grandfather will fall right into my trap!" It exclaimed as it barked out a malevolent laugh.

The red head raised an eyebrow in curiosity, "Oh, how original, Malware..." She muttered sarcastically causing the corrupted Galvanic Mechamorph to glare at her.

"You dare mock me, Tennyson?!?" Malware angrily asked as he pulled back his fist to strike her, causing the red head to flinch. However, before he could strike her, one of doors leading to the room was suddenly blown open.

Before Malware could do anything, a giant RV covered in a very familiar Galvanic Mechamorph rammed into him, sending the corrupted Mechamorph flying backwards into his machine.

"Finally! What took you guys so long?" The girl exclaimed in relief as the RV's door opened up. "Sorry but Malware covered up his tracks pretty well." Upgrade replied as he slid of the Rustbucket.

"You okay, Gwen?" Asked an elderly man dressed in a Hawaiian shirt as he stepped out of the RV and ran over to the bound redhead.

"I'm not hurt if that's what your asking, Grandpa." Gwen answered as her grandfather untied her.

"That's a relief." Grandpa Max said as he placed a warm hand on her shoulder.

Suddenly the Omnitrix began to beep rapidly, flashing red as it did so. "Aw man! Out of time already?" Upgrade asked before his body was suddenly engulfed in a bright green light.

When the light had faded, a young 12 year old Ben was revealed, gone was the simple white shirt with a black line running down the middle, brown cargo pants and black and white sneakers and where now replaced with a green and black t-shirt with a small 10 in the top left corner, dark green cargo pants and finally black low profile sneakers. He had unfortunate outgrown his old clothes and was forced to change them.

"Tennyson!" Malware roared in anger as he burst from the wrecked console, thrashing around in rage, sending the damaged pieces flying everywhere. "You'll play for what you did to me!"

Unbeknownst to Malware, the damaged console had began to spark as the device Malware began to slowly power up. As the corrupted Mechamorph slowly stepped towards the group, the device activated and a portal sprung to life infront of the group much to Malwares shock.

"No! This is to soon! I haven't had the time to properly calibrate the device!" He cried out as bits and pieces of the lab slowly began being pulled into the wormhole.

"Guys...? I think it's time we leave!" Gwen suggested as the group turned and ran towards the Rustbucket while more and more pieces of the lab were sucked into the portal.

However, just as they jumped into the RV, the portal suddenly expanded, engulfing everyone present in a huge blast of light. When the light finally died down and the portal fully disappeared, everything that was the in the lab had disappeared, cast out of the universe to lands unknown.

"Ow... What the heck happened?" Ben grounded in pain as he slowly opened his eyes and sat upright. The light outside seeped in through the Rustbucket's windows, slowly realisation set in the young man, "Grandpa, Gwen!" He exclaimed as he began to look around for his family.

His eyes landed on their prone forms just as they began to stir to conscience. "Ugh..." His cousin Gwen groaned as she pulled a hand to her face. With a pained expression, she rose to a sitting position as she slowly blinked trying to to stop the room from spinning.

Before she could do anything, she suddenly felt Ben's arms wrap around her, "Thank god you guys are okay!" He said with no small amount of relief in his voice. Hesitantly, Gwen wrapped her own arms around her cousin as a smile of relief crept up on her face.

Eventually, the pair broke their hug before they wandered over to check on their grandpa, who had only just began to stir. "You okay, Grandpa?" Gwen asked as she helped him to his feet while Ben walked over to the Rustbucket's window.

"I've been better." He grumbled as he leaned heavily on his granddaughter, suddenly Ben gasped in shock, catching the duos attention. "Ben, what's wrong?" Asked Grandpa Max as Gwen looked at her cousin in worry.

Slowly, Ben began to back away from the window with a look of worry on his face and he turned to face the rest of his family, "Somehow... I don't think we're in Kansas anymore." He said as slowly as possible to avoid worrying them.

"What do you mean, dweeb?" Gwen asked as worry began to set in from the reference that Ben used.

Instead of answering, the wielder of the Omnitrix, pointed towards the window. "See for yourself." He said as Gwen and Max looked at each other and shrugged before walking towards the window.

"Where are we?!?" Gwen exclaimed in shock as soon as her eyes saw the giant medieval looking town sprawled out in front of her. "I don't know, Gwen." Max answered with narrowed eyes. "But I can guess that Malwares machine had something to do with with."

"Agreed." Ben chirped in as he opened the Rustbucket's door and stepped outside, "Ben, where are you going?" Max cried out after his grandson.

"I'm going outside to investigate!" Ben replied as activated the Omnitrix and began dialing in the alien he was looking for. But before he could do anything, his grandpa had already grabbed his arm.

"No, don't go alien." Max advised as he looked back at the town, "Who knows how people react if they see one."

"I agree with grandpa, who knows what they'll do when they see an alien wandering around their town." Gwen chimed in as she stepped out the Rustbucket.

Sighing, Ben lowered his arm and deactivated he Omnitrix, "I hate it when you have a point." He said before turning to look at Max. "So what's the plan?"

This was more of a struggle then I initially anticipated but I got there in the end, this will be a two parter, with the next chapter including the trio meeting Natsu and Lucy.

Of course I'm trying to extend my world building skills so I'm trying to be as descriptive as possible in this story not sure how well that'll go. But yeah, because of what's happend with Malwares portal, which arguably I could have written better, more and more of enemies and items from Ben's universe will end up in Fairy Tail with some even ending up in Edolas as well.
