6:00 A.M. sharp.
That was what time Morris and Daisy would wake up every morning. They were both hard workers and did a lot for the company they supported.
Morris was very obsessed with the Joja company, and Daisy loved Morris so she'd support his dream, going great lengths for him, for example she got a job at Joja and worked alongside him.
And she actually loved it.
She loved it because she got to see him every day, almost every minute. She was by his side. And he was by her side. They had their own jobs to do sometimes, which they did well at. But they worked together a lot.
And this made their relationship pretty healthy.
However... this morning was different. It had a sadder energy. A more tired energy. And this was because the sales had been down a lot for the store lately.
Morris and Daisy both risked losing their jobs and everything they had worked so hard for.
This obviously made them scared. But it especially affected Morris because he was literally obsessed with this company and was very ambitious. They were getting ready for work. They were a little slower this morning due to the mopey energy. They just laid in bed for about 5 extra minutes to snuggle.
They were too warm and comfy in their bed... plus their schedules just made them both really sleepy. They laid close together, their bodies fit perfectly with each other.
Daisy sighed quietly and looked into Morris's eyes. He was looking down at her with soft and gentle eyes - a stare that only she would get to see. It made her heart melt.
Daisy: "I love you..."
Morris: "I love you too.."
They just stared at each other for a few minutes and then decided they should get up. Every morning it was hard for them to keep their eyes off of each other as they got ready.
They slipped out of their pajamas and dressed in their work clothes. They helped each other do their hair and then prepared lunch (for later) together.
Once everything was ready they picked up their briefcases and headed out the door. They walked to work holding hands.
Morris and Daisy were basically both managers. Sometimes they'd have different tasks but usually their tasks would overlap.
Today, they would not be working in their office.
Instead, they would go out into town and advertise. It would be now or it would be never. This would be very important for their jobs and if they couldn't succeed today then they would never succeed again.
Morris and Daisy created a little stand next to Pierre's, their rival store. The idea was that they could stop the people who shopped at Pierre's and catch their attention with their flashy decorations and discount prices.
And... it actually worked! People were so predictable. Aside from the die-hard Pierre's LOYALISTS, their pretty little stand caught the attention of many. And when the people bought from the stand, Morris would hand out coupons to redirect them to JojaMart.
They stole most of Pierre's customers. Daisy smiled huge at Morris and he returned the smile. At the end of the day he counted up their earnings. It was enough to save their jobs.
After some joyfully tear-filled hugs and kisses they went home.
For the next few weeks things were outstanding. They were good at this, and reaping in a lot of profit for the store. Morris loved the money and Daisy loved seeing him so happy.
They got a letter in the mail, it was Joja themed. IT WAS FROM THE CEO....
Dear Mr. Morris and Mrs. Daisy,
I am absolutely astounded by the fantastic work you have done.
Like, for real bro. What do you MEAN you got 1 mil in a week? Listen, man.
This calls for a celebration. How about you come over to MY personal river train mansion for like, two weeks?
All expenses paid.
And yeah, river train mansion. It's basically my big ass house, that's on this platform in a river, and the house has a train around it, it's really interesting.
But it's all Joja themed too so I know you guys will bust when you see it.
Safe travels and I cannot WAIT to see you,
Mr. Joja.P.S., I had someone help me write this letter since I was having trouble getting my words out from the sheer amount of shock I feel from the money you have gained for me.
Morris and Daisy looked at each other in surprise. A letter from the CEO? Inviting THEM to his weird house for two weeks?
It sounded too good to be true.
But why would they pass up an offer like that?
They began writing a letter back to him and packing up their things.
