—Author's note—
The reason behind asking more comments —inline— is not because I want to hear, 'omg, you write good' , believe me I love those comments but not more than the thoughts you guys leave behind on the witty, romantic one liners I write. I don't want to see emojis, I want to read what immediately went through your head when you read that sentence. Like I love how some of you leave shayaris, or your personal stories about how your brother roasts you the same way. How you have a song playing in the background of your head or room while you read this part. How you would want to one day have what the characters have and all that. I want to read all those little stories. That is my source of motivation.
I know many readers don't read a book because it's ongoing so that they can read it all together but then those readers are doing this because they don't want to be bothered about voting and commenting, right? They don't know how it feels to read about the couple walking into love with slow, nervous steps. How it was like to watch them wear their hearts on sleeve as they realised they are in love. Those readers just wanna rush things. But those who are reading daily, waiting daily, you guys know how it all happened, right? You know how it feels to read about all the feelings rushing through the main characters.
When 'blended by fate' ended, it had 31.3k+ comments and in these three months, the book only gained roughly 300 comments. So I know that the readers who wait for the updates know how it feels to cherish something with each beat of your hearts. Each tick of the day you spend waiting for a new update. You know what true love is because you somehow love the characters so much that you're able to wait for them each day. And I love, love, love each of you for that!
I didn't post this month because my nephew had his 10th board. I was busy with him as this was the only time he had to study. He got jaundice in November and was cured of it mid-January. By the time his exams were over, I had kind of hit that block. The only thing that was able to push me to write were re-reading all the inline comments on the chapters of this book already updated.
I know I promised to update two chapters of Blended by love and two of Waves 2.0 each month, I have somehow checked off BBL for the month but not for waves. Apologies to all the Waves readers. I don't know if I'll be able to make it work the coming two months as well because two of my first-cousins are getting married in April and May. But know that I'm trying my best. It takes me time to get back to writer spirit once I hit the block bottom but I'm trying guys. I'm not making you all wait for fun.
To all those who have reached till here, thankyou so very much guys. Love and only love to each of you, cute fluffers!❤️🥹
