"There you are."dahyun smiled as she reached the bedroom happy to find you sat on the edge waiting for her"I was looking for you"
You lowered your head without saying a word causing dahyun to frown as she walked to you.
She sat beside you, her hand falling onto your thigh to brush along your skin in circles
She knows her touch comforts you and she can that something isn't quite right with you
So she thought it would help calm you down
But, to her surprise you just picked up her hand and put it on her own lap
"Your starting to worry me. What's going on?" She asked her eyes soft as you turned your head and looked right into her eyes.but they were also filled with concern as her mind started to wander with possibilities of what could be bringing you down
"I don't know how to say this"
She didn't want you to know that her heart was starting to hammer against her chest as those words fell from your lips.
She tried to take your hand again and her hand was starting to shake terribly
"You can tell me anything you know that." She reminded you and watched as you nodded
"I think we need to break up"
You mumbled quietly
Your words only made her heart pound even harder against her chest beating so fast
She thought it could explode from her chest.
"What do you mean?"
She asked her breath hitching in her throat "a break... like a break up?"
She asked looking at you with tears in her eyes
You nodded your head slowly and she scoffed before Turing away from you
"But... why?" She asked and right away you heard the crack in her voice
When you turned to look at her again you saw that her eyes were already filled with tears.
The thought of losing you scares her a lot.
You always promised her that wouldn't happen but. Now it feels
Like you lied to her.
Because here you are saying you should break up,
And she feels like she's about to lose you.
"Please talk to me. Tell me why."she sniffed"because when I walked out that door this morning to go to the studio, you were smiling and told me that you couldn't wait for me to get home. Now you're saying you just want to end things? Just like that?"
You lowered your head with a sigh
While she tangled her fingers in her hair with a cry falling from her lips.
Her heart was racing and she could practically feel it shattering in her chest.
It hurt: the thought of you leaving.
"Dahyun"
You sighed and tried to take her hand but this time it was her pulling away.
"I love you"
She whispered "I love you more then anything I never imagined I could ever love someone as much as I love you. I can't believe you want to break up what did I do?"
She asked heartbroken.
"You didn't do anything"
You spoke softly and put your hand on her leg,
Only for her to shake her head and try to push you away.
"I can't. I can't have you try to touch me and console me, knowing that you're leaving.you my whole world"she mumbled through her tears "I don't want to lose you I hate being away from you. For even a few hours. How do I handle the rest of my life? When your all I have"
You felt guilty, felt your heart aching as she looked at you with her teary brown eyes
You threw your arms around her,deciding to end the stupid prank
Right then and there. It was to much to bear
"Don't go. Please don't go."
She pleaded desperately and held you tightly:so tight that you couldn't pull away
She'd never held you so tightly before so afraid to let you go
"I'm not going anywhere."
You spoke against her neck, kissing her soft & pale skin ever so lightly
"I'm right here dahyunie, I won't leave you, not ever"
"Promise?"
She asked as she loosened her grip staring down at you with the saddest eyes
You've ever seen before.
You reached up, brushing your thumbs in the eyes to catch. It is that fell and brush away, the ones that stained her cheeks.
" I promise I wasn't leaving in the first place" you confessed and watched her eyebrows furrow in confusion
" it was a prank"
" are you kidding me?, y/n?" She asked trying to pull away early for you, told a tighter.
" that's mean! Why would you do that?"
" I don't know it was stupid and mean and I'm sorry"
She sighed as she looked back into your eyes
" it won't ever happen again"
" better not" she mumbles.
You chuckled and kissed a forehead lovingly .
" I'm sorry again, truly please forgive me?"
" of course, I forgive you." She said as she rubbed your back." but you really scared me so please never again."
" promise" you smiled and later kiss on the lips" I love you."
" I love you too." She said as she plays the head on your chest and listen to your heart beat feeling hers start to slow now that she knew you weren't going anywhere.
