Quinn was dating Sam, but then she kissed Finn, so Santana told Sam, and now they've started dating.
Will's not dating anyone and says he's over Emma, but it seems like he's still got a thing for her, even though she's married.
Kurt's really into Blaine, and Blaine likes Kurt, but says he just wants to stay friends.

WHEN NADIA FOUND OUT THAT Rachel Berry was having a party at her house, she had a feeling that it was going to be awful. But somehow there she was sitting next to Mercedes on the little stage that was planted in the middle of the basement of Rachel's house. Nadia had gotten dressed up in her party outfit for the night and yet the party was not even fun.
Nadia rested her head on Mercedes's shoulder, letting out a deep sigh of boredom wanting so desperately to go back home to her comfortable bed and watch movies for the rest of the night. Her buzz had gone down to a very low number. Kurt, Blaine, and Finn had just arrived and Rachel handed them drinking tickets as she explained the rules to them. "Girl, when you said there was a party at Rachel's I didn't think it would be this boring."
"I'm already regretting coming to this party," Mercedes told her friend. "Honestly, we should split."
"I'm right behind you." Nadia stood up to her feet with Mercedes and started heading towards the exit.
"Great party, Rachel. We gotta run." Artie informed the Jewish girl.
"Yeah, dinner reservations," Tina added.
"My couch is calling and that is a call that I can't keep waiting." Nadia smiled at Rachel before she and Mercedes started to leave the house.
Artie, Tina, Brittany, Mike, Nadia, and Mercedes all stood at the stairs as Puck began to talk Rachel into breaking into her dads' liquor cabinet. Soon enough Rachel yelled, "Let's party!"
Music was turned up and everyone began to get drunk. Nadia was taking body shots with a Santana and playing drinking games with Tina, Mike, and Mercedes. She had never been so drunk in her life but at least she was having fun.
Nadia danced around after taking some shots and watched a lot of different things go down. She was drunk but she wasn't that drunk. Nadia saw Brittany become a stripper, Santana was weeping at Sam and then kissed him, and Quinn and Lauren were yelling at Puck. Quinn yelled at him for messing up her body and Lauren insulted his hair choices.
Mercedes and Tina were drunk laughing at something Mike had said to them, then there was Rachel hanging over Finn beginning in love with him and clingy. And that leaves Nadia, the drunk girl who observes people. She was good where she was.
