Just like b4, Liam & Mian were one of the very 1st human OCs I've ever made. Strongly inspired to be made by Rebornica's FNaF AU, actually. And, just like with Sebastian, they were also women - Lia n Mia.
Originally, they looked very alike. Having only 1 character didn't feel enough for me, so I made two (the only way I've remember their names properly throughout the years was that Lia - the "better" one - starts with L as for life, while Mia - the "worse" one - starts with M as for murder). Lia was always set on legally cleaning up after Mia's desire to stab kids just for no real reason.

Slowly with time, I began to add up better character to each of them besides copy & paste of what we assumed FNaF lore was back then. Though I kept their hair a bit equivalent to their personalities, I decided to give them an actual backstory. Which was also during the time in my high-school (aka possibly the most naturalistic era so far). And, of course, additional shaping took place in the past cca half a decade.
So there it went until today's version- Vietnamese ma n Australian pa, both died when the twins were cca 7 on their bday while on a playground (hit by drunk driver), the twins went to their aunt to Newcastle (divorced w their uncle, brother of their father, at that time), both studied engineering (Liam went on to continue with law, Mian decided for software engineering further on), in their mid 20s their uncle (who's moved to US after divorcing their aunt) died and in his will stated that his house falls under the twins now, so the twins moved to US after all paperwork was delt with, there they found the uncle's animatronic in the basement, furthermore they discovered uncle worked a dayshift at Freddy's pizzeria as well as that the cause of death was self-hanging. The twins decided to take their new jobs there (Mian dayshifts as maintainance/engineer & Liam nightshifts as a nightguard) in hopes to not only get to understand what exactly had happened to their uncle but also to understand the animatronic in their uncle's basement.
Also a neat fact - their pa n uncle were also twins, and as it runs in their family, pa lacked sense of taste n their uncle sense of smell - Liam lacks sense of smell n Mian lacks sense of taste.
