Prologue: The Warning

Every time I look at this world I see the same things...

Victims...

Regrets...

Pain...

Ever since the plague took over the vast majority of Pokemon, preying on the weak making them join the infection of the dead. Most of us who remain, try our best to keep to ourselves. I'm one of the ones included in this vast majority. I try my best to hide from the crowd. Though I wouldn't be telling the truth if I said it was easy. It doesn't help that I have a tail as bright as the fricking sun.

We call them feeders, any open wound they can inflict has a chance to infect you. But that is probably common knowledge at this point.

So let me be clear on why I'm writing this, my dear explorer... This is a warning to any adventurers still out there. Anyone who is still frickin dumb enough to think there is a way to return the world back to the way it was.

Just forget about it...

It's not worth what little life you have left... So stop dreaming about fairytales and actually look at the reality around you.

The world is lost. WE are lost, and no one will ever come over the horizon to try to save us. If you think that this can be changed, you might as well sacrifice yourself to the feeders right now. Give the rest of us the morsels of food wasted on your persistent incompetence.

If you were smart you would listen to what this parchment says and lie low. But you aren't smart, are you? You would rather chase rainbows and look for the sunny side knowing deep inside your heart that it will always be in vain. Remember, the choice is yours and yours only. Don't throw your life away over something stupid and helpless...
