quirk: lava heart
When he was four Y/n developed his quirk like others it formed another heart in front of his normal one instead of pumping oxygen it pumps lava around his body. Y/n can control the lava in his veins and can't get burnt at all, he even can't get cold as long as his lava heart beats.

drawbacks:
If Y/n's normal heart stops working then the lava one will also pump oxygen as well as lava cutting the amount of lava spread around his body by half.
If the lava hearts stops working then Y/n has a limited time on how long he can use his lava.
If his normal heart stops for too long then his body will get used to using the lava heart and it will be used as the primary heart for the rest of his life, cutting down his lava generation by half.
If his lava heart stops for too long then his lava heart will be covered in obsidian and he has to force his heart to generate lava again even when if it starts beating again, the way to do this is for him to be completely submerged in lava. It's also very painful when the lava heart is covered in obsidian and when it stays to a point where it hurts to move.
