Chapter 16

(Garroths P.O.V)

     We all had a nice and peaceful sleep. When I woke up, I could smell breakfast being made. I prayed that it was Aaron or Dante because they are the one people that are really good at cooking. Sure, Laurance is, too, but he's better at like cozy fun snacks. I look over to the kitchen and see... kawaii~Chan baking. Well, I guess I've never had her cooking, and she's a really good bakers so it'll probably be good. I go to get up but realize that Laurance was on top of me. I very carefully slide him off of me so that I can get up, and let me tell you that shit is hard as fuck. I don't know how people do that as if it's the easiest thing ever. After struggling I finally get up and walk over to the kitchen to see if breakfast is almost done. "Hey kawaii~Chan what are you doing" "oh! Garroth~kun I'm making breakfast for everyone!" She said in a very cheery tone even though it's early as fuck. "Oh uhh when will it be done" "I'm almost done don't worry!" "Thanks I was worried that aph or someone who wasn't the best at cooking was going to end up making breakfast so I'm just glad that it's you" "boo!" I jump and turn around to see Dante leaning forward laughing. "O-o my I-Irene T-that was f-funny!" He struggled to get out between laughing. "You're lucky I didn't have my ears out you dumbass!" "I know that's why I did it" he said still laughing. "You little bitch I'm going to kill you... you better start running" with that he took off and I took off after him. Obviously to not wake anyone he ran outside which was a smart choice. I chased him around until Laurance came out and yelled at both of us. As soon as we heard his voice we stopped in our tracks because that man is so scary like you don't want to mess with him if he's mad. My guess is that he will be happier when he eats so I walked up to him and brought him inside saying "let's go see if the food is done yet" I was obviously correct that food would make him happier. Laurance asked me what happened and I told him that Dante scared me so I chased after him. Of course it gave him a good laugh which I gave him a little hit on the head for but as if I could get mad at him. I walk over to continue to talk to kc as I was before Dante decided to be a dumbass. Kc showed me a picture on her phone of Dante and vlyad sleeping next to each other which I hadn't noticed somehow. I turned around and gave Dante a death glare as he was sitting by vlyad talking to him about how I was 'scary' I knew this because I obviously took my ears out so no one could sneak up on me again. I walked over to them and saw Dante jump slightly thinking I was mad since I death glared him. That mad me laugh slightly. "What you think I'm actually still mad" "maybe" "don't worry I'm not I just wanted to scare you with the death glare and talk to my baby brother" "hi!" Vlyad said happily "so baby brother got any crushes" I said sitting down so we could gossip as if we were in high school again. Seeeing my sit like that made aph come over and sit so she could hear. "Well actually Garroth I've been in a relationship for like 6-7 months now" "oo! Tell us!" Aph got all excited "well uhhh ummm" Dante leaned over and whispered something into vlyad ear forgetting that I had my ears out and could hear them whispering. "Uhh you know me and aph can hear what you're whispering?" Aph also had her ears out but looked really happy which confused me. I guessed that she was actually listening to their whispers as I wasn't paying attention I didn't really hear because I was trying to block it out. "Fuck, Dante did you really forget that" "uh oh" "lucky for y'all I was trying to block out the whispers so I didn't hear but by the looks of it aph did hear" "eeeeeeee!!! I'm so happy for you!!!" "ow aph shush that's loud and hurt my ears" "shut the fuck up aph it's too early" Katelyn groaned while rolling over. When she rolled over she rolled right next to Travis, like her side against his side. Travis had also had his arm out when she rolled over so she was on his arm. Aph once again fan girled which caused Katelyn to get up and smoke Aphs lips. "Oww that hurt" "well I said shut the fuck up" "but I had a good reason for both times" "what was the reason then?" "Well Dante and vlyad are together-" "wait what?!" "oh shush garroth and when you rolled over-" "I got a picture aph" vlyad yelled out "here come show her vlyad" Vlyad walked over and showed Katelyn the photo which caused her to turn around to try and hide her blushing. "Oooo she's blushing"vlyad teased. As he was teasing her I walked over to Travis and woke him up. "Hey look at Katelyn" I whispered "huh..." he said still half asleep "wait why is her face so red" "hey vlyad come show him the picture you got!" Vlyad walked over and showed him the photo which made him wake up immediately. "Send that to me right now!" "Yes sir" "Vlyad you asshole don't send it" Katelyn threatened "oh and what are you going to do... go cry to your boyfriend who I'm sending the photo to" "I will tell your mother" "welp sorry Travis I can't send it" "aww come on you're really scared of your mom?" "No I'm scared of Aphs mom" "why does Katelyn telling your mom have to do with Aphs mom" "well they're best friends and if zianna find out my mom will kill vlyad because my mom is in a relationship with Katelyns dad" aph explained"ohh so that's why he's scared of Katelyn telling his mom" "thanks for explaining it aph, but even if your mom wasn't with Eric she would still be mad because Katelyn is her favorite" "ok that's actually true" Katelyn said "favorite child" aph muttered "just think if our parents get married you won't be an only child anymore you'll have 4 siblings including me" "ugh you'll basically already my sister" "that just means it'll be less of a change" "ok ok back to the conversation we were having, how did you get that picture vlyad" "so basically aph got really excited when she heard my secret-" "he's dating Dante"aph interrupted "that she squealed really loud so Katelyn told her to shut up and rolled over" "wow Katelyn you got mad at her for being excited" "well I didn't know why she squealed... plus you're just siding with her because Dante found someone" "ok well that might be true... so Dante how long have you been together" Travis said trying to get out of trouble with Katelyn. I started laughing because you could tell that Katelyn knew exactly what he was doing. Before I could say anything Katelyn grabbed Travis's arm and dragged him out of the house.

(Katelyns P.O.V)

     I grabbed Travis's arm and dragged him out of there. I walked over to my house still dragging him. When we got in I let go and hugged Travis. He hugged me back and picked me up and walked us to the couch. "I'm sorry blueberry" "no talking I just want cuddles right now" "ok baby I'll shush" he gave me a kiss on the head and I slowly drifted to sleep. My guess is that he also fell asleep because when I woke up he looked like he was just getting up. "sleepy head" "hey you also went to bed" I said pouting "ok well do you want to go up to your room and hang out there" "yes! I want to play Super Smash Bros" (thank goodness for the internet I had no idea what I wanted them to play so I googled game) "loser pays for dinner?" "Hell yea I'm not losing" "ok sure you aren't baby" he said with a slight smile. We walked up to my room and I hooked up the Nintendo so we could play. Of course I won like always because I'm that good, Travis made a fake pout. I knew even if he won he wouldn't let me pay for dinner because he does that every time he wins, which is almost never. "Well where do you want to go" "Texas roadhouse" I knew exactly what I wanted. 

(After dinner)

     "Well that was some good food" I said patting my stomach "it sure was" (y'all I want a semi spicy scene but I have no idea how to write them!😭 and I'm not going to) We walked home just talking and telling horrible jokes that made us laugh. That night was so much fun. And yes Travis slept over he does that a lot and I'm getting more used to it, you know not being alone at night, I kind of hate when he's not here. He stays here so often that he keeps some clothes here so he can get ready in the mornings.  I think that since that 'hell' we've been getting along much more, I find it more comforting with him around actually. Let's just hope it stays that way. I don't want to ever go through some hell like that again. I almost feel like I'm in a dream, where none of that actually happened and we had a good vacation because this feels too good to be true.

This isn't the best and I left it on a cliff hanger bc I don't know what else to write so I need chapter ideas so if you have one please comment it I try and check them as often as I can and remember to. Also background info and chapter 1 of my second book will be out soon hopefully, it uses aphmau's character names but it has nothing to really do with her series. I think it will end up as a fun book but I'm currently working on that when I can. Welp hope you enjoy the rest of your day/night.
