Alex pov (the same night)
Everybody had left well except for nika she was asleep on my couch. I was bored and I couldn't fall asleep so I got out of my bed and to the laundry room to grab a towel and clothes.
I made it to the bathroom and softly played music, so I didn't wake up nika. Once I got done, I took some pictures in the mirror (go ^^if you want to see them). I got out of the bathroom and headed to the kitchen to grab a drink.
Nika pov
I heard something in the kitchen so I go to check it out........it was just alex and she only had a bra and sweat pants on and istg I want to sink into the ground right now "Oh sorry did I wake you up?" She says in her raspy voice that makes me go crazy "no your fine. I just came to get a drink. " she hands me her drink
"Don't worry, I wasn't going to finish in any way," she says with a smirk on her face. "Thank you," I say. " No problem mama's" I already know that I'm redder than a tomato. "You wanna sleep in my room I know the couch is a little uncomfortable" she asked and you already know my answer "I mean if it wouldn't bother you" I replied "you could never bother me ma" she mumbled thinking I wouldn't hear but I did.
We got to her room, and it had a bunch of posters of bands, but one caught my eye. It was her in a boxing ring. " i didn't know you boxed," I said out of the blue while I got on her bed. "Baby girl, you don't know a lot about me," she chuckles
"Well, I would like to," I say boldly
Alex pov
"You would like that, wouldn't you?" I teased, "I certainly would," she said, her tone changed. I chuckle a bit. "You want to change into something more comfortable, ma?" I say, walking to the closet "yeah sure" she says. I grab a shirt and sweat pants. "Here" I says handing the clothing to her "don't look" "Hey can't make any promises" I say jokingly,(I'm not joking) I turn to the TV as she changes trying to find something to watch. Hey, "what do you want to watch, ma?" I ask her
"I don't know, umm, maybe South Park," she says, unsure. "ohh that's a good one. We'll, watch that." she gets back on the bed next to me. I decided to fuck with her. I made my way to get on top of her.than I just reach my hand to my side table.
"Why are you staring I just had to get my water" I say grabbing a bottle of water off my side table. She just stares at me "what" I giggle, saying that. ''You trippen" I say looking back at the TV "iam not trippen, you just don't know what that did to me." She mumbled the last part thinking I wouldn't hear it but I did. "What was that last part" I ask 'oblivious' "I didn't say anything"she says confused
"Yeah sureee" I say sarcastically. I put on a show, and we eventually both fall asleep
Next morning
I wake up to see that nika isn't there, but I do see a note. 'Hey, sorry, I left. I had practice.' I felt a weight being lifted off my chest. I don't know why, though.
I look at the time 3:30 in the afternoon. Oh shit I have class in 10 minutes. I get up and put a fit on. A black long-sleeved compression shirt and sweat pants. Then I head out of the dorm.
Once I've made my way to class, I sit down. Yes, I manspread so what. Some girl sits next to me. "HI, I'm ava, and you are." She said. I didn't like her voice it was too high pitch. I know it's kinda mean, but idc. "Somebody you don't need to know about now, please leave," I replied "ohh playing hard to get I see." she touches my arm, which is revolting.
"Umm pls get off me." I look around for anybody to sit next to, and then I see nika, my life savor. I grab all my stuff and walk over there to her. "Hey ma," I say quietly to make sure the professor doesn't hear me. "What?" she says coldly "Hey if it's something I did, you can get mad at me, and if it's not, don't be mad at me because somebody else did something. Cuz I didn't do anything. " I mean, if she wanna be a brat, I'm sure can handle that real quick.
"You for real don't know." she looks at me, annoyed. "Don't get an attitude with me now, Mama," I say, making eye contact. "Now you wanna tell me the problem," she nods. "I need words. I don't do that nodding," I say "can we talk after class." "Yes ma'am we can" I say looking back at the professor.
