I want to write you into the corners of my being
from every cell to every vessel
I want your name printed in rose coloured ink
so that I do not forget how I felt when I was with you
Time is an enemy of our love
withering the flowers that took so long to bloom
I want to remember every part of you
the patterns in your palm,
and the way you moved
and I'll forever be indebted to you
for how you loved me, though my soul
reeked of something dead and decayed

Souls Intertwined
PoetryIs it a crime to want all of you? Is it wrong if I want our souls to be intertwined? And if there's more to give and more of me, I'll give them all to you to prove my love for you
